A very nice apartment and clean, very Romantic, the location is enviable, a few steps from the Vatican and the fact that it is in an old staircase of Rome makes it particularly quiet. It really is like to live in a country, while being in the heart of the city.
Silvia is very kind and always available to give advice and to meet every need.
The apartment offers all the comforts, wi-fi, air conditioning and a dvd player with cartoons for children, a fully equipped kitchen and a space outside where you can have breakfast in the summer days has no price.
I highly recommend to everyone.

This is a lovely apartment in a very quiet atmospheric area of Rome. But only 5/10 minute walk from St Peters. The apartment has everything you could need including a little terraced garden perfect for relaxing in after a busy day sightseeing. There is a steep flight of stairs learning to the apartment but you walk past grape vines and pomegranate trees , its fine if you are reasonably fit and gets you away from the hustle of the road. A fabulous apartment we would love to visit again.

I stayed as a guest at Casa Vivanti for three nights and every expectation was exceeded. The location is wonderful, a 5-10 minute walk from St. Peter's with great public transit options. The view is wonderful, residential buildings with St. Peter's dome placed wonderfully above the cityscape. And the owners are absolutely marvelous.

David and Anita make every effort to make sure your stay is comfortable, and your travels made easy. Each room is provided with a tourism map and a document detailing all public transit options to reach sites and return to hotels. Anita even provided a suggested itinerary which I followed to the letter, and with her guidance I felt I saw all the best parts of Rome in my short stay.

David and Anita speak English perfectly and as an American tourist this was a great comfort. I was too nervous to book my own taxi from the airport and they were able to arrange car service with the friendliest driver and for a very reasonable price!

All in all-- I will definitely stay again my next time in Rome! The size of the room is triple the size of any hotel room I've every stayed in! And, the service far exceeds any boutique hotel I've ever stayed in! Here you will be treated like family!
