First of all the air condition was not working as a result we were so cold , the bathroom door was broken and we didn’t have warm water in the shower. When we reported the problem about the water , they didn’t do anything about it. We ended up having shower in our friends room! The dinner (that we already paid ) was awful so we had to spend extra money for food. I’m sorry but I’m unable to give more than one star !!!

First of all the room was almost decent the tap of the room was broken so I couldn’t take warm showers the air conditioner couldn’t make the room warm and the walls were dirty.The food every night (I stayed 3 nights) was awful except one night so I had to spend extra money to eat outside.I filed many complaints about all the problems but nothing changed.I don’t understand the 3 stars

The hotel is only recommended if you're driving. The property needs a makeover, but the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There's no mini-fridge, but there are vending machines in the lobby. The mattress and pillows are comfortable memory foam. The room, with 1970s furniture, had a TV and AC splitter.
Free parking is also convenient. Overall, it's average for a 3-star hotel.

Location a bit inconvenient from the city center.
The room and bathroom were small. The bathroom was windowless and the ventilation fan didn't work. This was reported to the staff, who took note without attempting to resolve the issue.
The only positive was that it was surrounded by greenery.
What can I say? Not recommended!

I was quite pleased with the hotel overall, as the service and facilities were excellent. The main downside was the location, with public transport links being over a 15-minute walk away. Despite this, I would still rate my experience at the hotel as good.

Rooms and facilities were pretty nice, rooms were small but comfortable, staff was pretty helpful too, just take on mind that parking for buses is kind of difficult so if you are going to travel with a bus or big car you will have to park quite away from the hotel in a cliff. Overall great experience until one of the days that I arrived to my room it had this penetrating smell of tobacco, the problem is I have lungs problems so I was barely able to breathe during that night, I wouldn't like to make conclusions but the only people entering my room aside from my family was hotel staff, overall great experience just would like to see a more strict control of tobacco consumption inside the facilities

Service is not very helpful in night emergencies, there is no telephone in the room and there should be at least one telephone available in reception for customers if there is no one at reception at night for emergencies
