Friendly staff. First they told us that due to system error our room was double booked but they accomodated us in a neighboring hotel and did everything to make us comfortable. some rooms have asian-style matraces that are very hard/stiff, but they replaced them for us with softer ones. The place hast a nice yard.

Very good place to stay, the people working here are very nice and polite and the service all you may need. The rooms are clean and tidy, the location is perfect for walking exploration of the Rome's downtown area.

You get what you pay for. Overall if you're looking for something simple and want to save money, this is definitely the place for you. It's close to all of the public transportation and pretty central to the tourist attractions and historical sites. Personally we were just looking for something very basic and cheap as we didn't plan to spend much time in the hotel. It had decently comfortable beds, an inroom private bathroom with a shower, a window, small TV, closet, and luggage rack. The room was well kept and turned daily while we were out, with fresh linens provided. There were only two draw backs. First, the floor was dusty in the room, but it's worth mentioning that they provide cheap slippers so you don't need to walk directly on the ground (I have large feet and my friend has small feet, they're kind of a one size fits all.) Also, the hot water took a long time to warm up (~5 mins.)
