The best deal I ever had!

We stayed for 4 nights here, the service was great the rooms are large with good shower, the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. But the main thing is the location. Not only that Piazza Navona is a few steps away, and you can find everything you need in your area, there are also bus stations for everywhere in the city nearby, and also a taxi station right outside the hotel.

All of those made our vacation a lot easier without too much time wasting.

The staff is amazing at this place! Super accommodating and helpful with advice and the hotel rooms are beautiful. However, the elevator is absolutely horrid, it smells like puke and if you look at the buttons you can clearly see yellow liquid in them. Only complaint about the room is there's no full sized mirror which is a bit of a pain but other than that it's great

We had issues with our bathroom warming rack, they never fixed. A small tiny bathroom, small room like a studio with creepy picture on the wall, very close to a lot of attractions but loud at night you can't sleep, bikes, cars, people in the streets. My sister slept on a spare bed and squeaked like crazy, every time she would move, it sounded like it was falling apart. Couldn't sleep everything very cheap. The only great thing this hotel/motel has? Is the rooftop.

Stayed for a few days in this hotel in late November. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is ideal, near bus stops and taxi stands, walking distance to tourist sites and a lot of good food to choose from. We stayed in the only room that had a balcony and paying extra is worth it! You could hear whatever is happening on the street as it's only on the second floor but it's manageable. Bed is firm but comfortable, water pressure is good. I suggest to also have breakfast on the roof top. Over all a great stay and would come stay here again!

Excellent location. Clean rooms, ours was on 2nd floor and faces the side streets it was quiet.
Would have been nice if breakfast started earlier than 8am. Due to tour activities we missed breakfast (which we paid extra for) most days.

Clean and confortable room, close to all majors attractions in Roma. The roof top restaurant was excellent for breakfast. One thing to improve recycling.

The location of the hotel is good and easy to access. The rooms are fine and charming and the staff are friendly.
However, we got a room that was located just below the restaurant with lots of noise at all times day and night. It felt like being in the middle do rhe kitchen with the cooking and cleaning constantly. Also a lot of screaming and running in the stairs by the hotel staff. Had to use ear plugs when in the room to get some kind of calm.
The last night we woke up with bites on our bodies and itching. Not sure if there are bed bugs but I hope they check after we informed them.
We got a 10% reduced rate and a free breakfast for our troubles which I thought was ok but they could have gone rhe extra mile considering that they did not inform us of the disturbance of the room and it was obviously not rhe first time they heard this.
Would not book this again or recommend anyone to do it.

Location was amazing, the room was neat and clean. The shower was a little small, but the water pressure was outstanding. The concierge, particularly the female during the day was great. 30 min walk to the Forum/Colosseum, maybe 15 mins to the Vatican. Would definitely stay again.

Clean but falling apart. Shower was broken so impossible to shower without soaking the floor in room 407

Excellent continental breakfast on rooftop with great cappuccino. Rooms had high ceilings and was clean and spacious excellent location. So much witin walking distance restaurants, shops, piazza novona with 3 fountains within a 4 minute walk and in other direction less than10 minutes walk to castel sant angelo. Taxi stand and buses nearby.
