非常糟糕的住宿體驗，是我旅途中最差的一次。櫃檯人員態度冷淡、不禮貌，甚至把護照直接丟在桌上。更離譜的是，隔天早上房門竟被打開，鎖鍊壞掉也未修復，讓人感到極度不安。打電話給前台兩次都沒人接聽，房間灰塵多、冷氣暖氣都不能用。完全不推薦這間酒店。

Terrible stay — one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff was rude and even threw our passports onto the counter. The next morning, someone opened our room door while we were inside; the chain lock was broken and never fixed. No one answered the phone at reception, and the room was dusty with no working air or heating. Absolutely not recommended.

Soggiorno terribile — probabilmente la peggior esperienza in hotel che abbia mai avuto. Il personale della reception è stato scortese e ha persino lanciato i passaporti sul banco. La mattina dopo qualcuno ha aperto la porta della camera; la catena era rotta e mai riparata. Nessuno rispondeva al telefono, stanza polverosa e aria condizionata non funzionante. If you are below a newly remodeled floor without carpeting get ready for noise. A family with small children playing , a mom wearing high heels walking around, slamming things have been a constant. I'm on a floor with no air conditioning in the hallways. Room air conditioning only have on or off. No temperature control with the wall mounted air. And winter is just heat on and off. Obviously this hotel is updating rooms little by little. Just hope you get one and hope it is not as loud as it has been as my stays here. It's not the hotel's fault if a family is loud and inconsiderate of others but the design of those rooms that carry sound should have been considered. My biggest pet peeve is trying to get rest so quiet is important. The maid staff have loud conversations with each other or on their phones. Being aware of guests resting would go a long way. They are stingy with their towel supply giving me the guest a hard time for requesting an extra towel if I feel like I need one.
The hotel itself is located more in the suburbs of Rome. The hotel offers shuttle service if you sign up for it ahead of time through the gift shop. Trying to walk somewhere can be challenging with no sidewalks and hoping you don't get hit by a passing car.
My room now definitely needs new carpeting and updated furniture. The bed is comfortable. Looks like small bathrooms have been updated but my main complaint is hoping you have quiet people in rooms around you. Lots of tour group or cruise ship crowds. The swimming pool attracts families. I travel often and if I wasn't on business I would choose to stay elsewhere due to my repetitive experience at this hotel. I keep hoping for a better experience. If so I will update my review.

The good: the front exterior is beautiful and the room seemed surprisingly clean.

...But had no chain on the door. Also had no balcony but only one small window that overlooked a field. The bathroom was also small with few hooks.

The staff were fairly pleasant...except for one afternoon when a random attendant requested to inspect the minibar. What? Why?! Nobody has ever asked that before!

Then there's the location. It seems to be in a decent area, yet it's literally in the middle of residential area except for one lone restaurant. To get to a commercialized area, you will need to either take a car or the public bus. Do NOT consider walking down that winding road since the sidewalks seem to be lacking while vehicles zip by.
