The staff our outstanding in this hotel, they couldn’t have helped us more on our trip with our baby. We arrived at the hotel before check in and they had the room ready for us to get a sleep before exploring Rome.

The rooms are a little tired and could use updating, bed is very hard. No robes, slippers, coffee or tea in room. I did not appreciate the note on the fridge asking guests not to use it for "outside" food or drinks. Staff were mostly indifferent.

Room was a little tired, no coffee or tea, slippers or robes. Did not appreciate the note on the fridge that indicated not to put anything in it, that is only for hotel mini bar items. Staff were mostly indifferent although not rude. Breakfast was good.

First-class environment: in the core area of Spanish Square and Bernini Square
Facilities: relatively old, there is only one available socket in the whole house, which is unacceptable. The shower room is also relatively old. The breakfast is very limited.
Hygiene: very good hygiene, cleaning is also responsible
Service: The front desk service is very good, the gentleman and the lady are very friendly.

The room is very small, with almost no soundproofing. A middle-aged white woman at the front desk of the hotel is extremely discriminatory against Asians. It is very dangerous to stay in this hotel. You will be scammed and blackmailed. We checked in normally, but when we checked out, they saw that we were Asians and said that the table in his hotel was an antique table, and all kinds of furniture were very valuable. They said that we left traces, and they detained our luggage without permission, threatening our personal safety. Do I need 360-degree photography to leave evidence before checking into such a shabby hotel? They said we cooked something on the table, but we swore that we didn't, and we just used the water cup in the bathroom to fill it with hot water to prepare to rinse our mouths. They asked us to pay 5,000 RMB in compensation, and they said that it was originally 10,000 RMB! They said that there were traces, and their hotel would be closed, and they also needed us to compensate them for their losses! Everyone must pay attention to safety! This hotel is terrible!

Great location and fairly priced for Rome city centre. Well placed for all the main tourist hot spots.

Staff were really helpful, only downside was the noise coming from the bin men at 2.30am each night.

Friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast. Safe location near bus stops and metro. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps.

Great service, rooftop is pricey and not always open (only when it's not cold or rains)
Room was cleaned every day.
Fits 3 person (2 young kids might fit on the sofa that opens)

The room was a little bit outdated, but it was clean. The best thing for me was the location - super close to the metro station and on a walking distance from Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Also some very nice restaurants are nearby.

Great restaurant with good food and view. But more important they have the best toilet in Rome! ❤️
