The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful here. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options. The location is centralized but the rooms are still really quiet inside. It’s super easy to walk to many different sights from here. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. My only complaints would be that the rooftop terrace is only open during specific hours.

Staff is really pleasant and kind, rooms are nice, clean, and quiet. Walking distance to many attractions.

Alex accepted us with a big smile and was very helpful with questions we had during our stay.

Highly recommend!!!

We stayed at Hotel Cecil for 5 nights. It was wonderful! The room was clean and updated. The staff was so helpful, with recommendations for restaurants, directions, and anything else that we needed.
We opted to have breakfast included and it was great! They had
Eggs and sausage
Pancakes
Meats and cheeses
Cereal
Pastries and cakes
Fruit and yogurt
Coffee and juice
Everything was delicious!
We will definitely be staying here again.

Had a marvellous stay at Hotel Cecil. Perfectly located for walking to all the sights of interest. Rooms very comfortable and immaculately clean. Alex on reception was extremely helpful and very welcoming. His local knowledge was so useful to us. He was able to recommend restaurants and help us find the subway. Marco, on duty at the rooftop terrace was very engaging and obliging too. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Cecil.

It was ok, but a lot to improve
Rooms are generally small and the bathroom area is cold
The receptionist should explain a bit better the services that the hotel can offer to clients ( room services, number to deal to call then, check out time, WiFi password and so on..)
Great location, bed is quite comfortable and clean
