Good location, considering it's a 10-minute walk from the bus to the Vatican or the Spanish Steps (which is a 30-minute walk away). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I found the shower to be large, but I would have preferred it to be smaller to accommodate the lack of a bidet. I didn't like being seated at a large table with other guests at breakfast, with no privacy. The sweet and savory breakfast isn't up to par with a 4-star hotel. The fresh fruit on the buffet is lovely, but it's a shame there's no orange squeezer, which would prevent the use of commercially produced juice. The room was beautiful, functional, and welcoming, soundproofed, but the painting of a sad clown at the head of the bed was disturbing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Perfect location, very helpful staff. Definitely going to come back one day. Cannot recommend enough.

The room was very clean, they cleaned it every day and the staff were very nice. Excellent location, mid point to all major tourist spots. Cafe across the street for coffee every morning was excellent.

I liked this property. It was a short walk to pretty much everywhere I wanted to see, particularly Trastevere, Campo, and Piazza Navona area. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely staff, great location.

Unfortunately, the beds are made of concrete. My back is broken.
There's also a late night tram running past the window. 😴

The hotel has a fantastic location - attractions, restaurants, shops are all within walking distance. The hotel staff is always ready to help. The hotel experience is the best.
