Cleanliness: Daily cleaning and replenishment by staff.
Environment: Quiet and safe. The tram stop is right outside the hotel.
Service: The front desk staff was very friendly and patient, and even helped us with our luggage storage.
The manager ordered us (not asked) to sit at a specific table since it was meant for three people (even though many other tables for three were empty), but there was only cutlery for two and he didn't offer to bring more. He asked everyone else around if they needed anything and even made them coffee, but he never approached us. On our last day, after checkout, we asked for plates at the bar to warm up some take-out food. The manager asked, and I quote, if we were going to "eat leftovers from the restaurant nearby." This comment felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Throughout our stay, I couldn't shake the feeling that they didn't take us seriously. As a someone who also works in hospitality, I always try to be understanding, but this experience was quite disappointing.
