Trilussa Palace Hotel Congress & Spa

Family spent 5 nights at the Trilussa hotel and we loved it. Great location, close by to fantastic restaurants and shopping, either by foot, or bus. Carolina at the front desk is extremely kind and friendly, as well as Silvia at the breakfast. Beds are comfy too! Overall, great stay and would recommend.

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights and were very pleased with the experience. We had one of the Junior suites with a great balcony view, amazing shower, and comfortable bed. The location is a really close, safe ~15min walk to Trastevere district, where we very much enjoyed exploring. The staff was all incredibly attentive and accepting.
While we didn’t sign up for breakfast each day, on the days that we did, there was a wide selection of delicious bites to eat each morning.
On our last evening, we rented out the Moon spa room for 2 hours and wish we had done this on more than one occasion! Great private spa with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
The upstairs Garden rooftop was amazing as we found ourselves ordering many late night cocktails, and enjoyed some wonderful meals. Huge shoutout to the amazing head bartender Fiorella who makes a mean Negroni and wonderful craft creations!! The Del Colosseo is probably one of the best tequila cocktails we have ever had!
The day prior to our departure we decided to laundry some clothes through their laundry service and were disappointed when only half of our clothes returned to our room. After raising the issue to the lobby staff, it was elevated appropriately and a fair and reasonable remedy solution was agreed upon assuming a worst-case outcome. My partner and I traveled down to Sicily for several days and returned to Rome for an evening before our departure home. During this time, we received a call that our clothes were found and ready to be picked up! Losing laundry was a frustrating experience that the hotel staff reacted to quickly and handled well.
Would 10/10 recommend and 100% will return next time we are in Rome!

Great hotel, lovely staff in rooftop bar and reception. My wife and I and 2 kids in their twenties really enjoyed our stay. Would return here again without hesitation. Try the tiramisu in the rooftop bar, with fantastic views over the city. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We were greeted by Valery who was extremely kind and helpful to us trying to get around Rome and figuring out where to eat. The entire staff is nothing short of amazing and accommodated us as much as they could (even holding the kitchen open for 30 minutes longer so that we could eat dinner after a long travel day). The hotel itself is beautiful - our room had a balcony and was very spacious. We took advantage of the spa services, and the services and facilities are very comfortable. I highly recommend using the spa if you stay here. Thank you Valery and the Trilussa! We’ll be back!

This boutique hotel and spa is a gem, truly exceptional! So many things about this hotel were delightful surprises, surpassing our expectations. Friendly, helpful, personable, professional service from the multilingual staff and management made us feel like VIPs. A special shout out to the multilingual Carolina, who was very helpful to us. My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and loved our beautiful, spacious suite with super comfortable adjustable bed, cute balcony with a nice view, lovely and spacious marble bathroom with a great shower. We were so happily surprised by the great hot breakfast buffet, far superior to the continental breakfast typical in European hotels. Up on the large, covered terrace on top of the building we enjoyed the expansive view of the city, and in the evening relaxed there with drinks prepared and served by their delightful mixologist, Shafik. This hotel is a nice destination in itself!

Downstairs there are two spas. and my husband and I reserved a private hour in their beautiful, amazing Moon Spa with its large, jetted pool, sauna and steam room, lounges and relaxing ambiance, champagne on ice just for us, far better than anything we have seen in any hotel anywhere. Do yourself a favor and book a relaxing massage here, also! Never in my life had I had one that was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep on the table.

The Trilussa is super conveniently located near restaurants, delis and sightseeing in Trastevere and for going elsewhere in the city. The reception staff will call a taxi for you but the hotel is also very conveniently located by the #8 Tram stop and bus stops made for an easy and economical way to get to the historic center of Rome. We look forward to staying here again, were so sad to leave and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

My entire family came here for their first trip to Italy and we couldn't have felt more at home. Each room was clean and the staff was always eager to help which is what made our trip so special. One of the best things was the breakfast and the rooftop terrace. The breakfast had a big selection and omelettes and pancakes made to order, and my favorite was the freshly squeeze orange juice that gets squeezed right in front of you. The location is really convenient as there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel that takes you straight to Piazza Venezia in the center. This is a great hotel in Rome and we are looking forward to our next stay.
