Hotel Miami in Rome

The room is clean and tidy…toilet is super clean…location is great to acces any attraction and walkable…there is halal restaurant nearby…

A nice enough hotel. the location was amazing - walking distance from the termini station, metro and bus stops. On a busy road with shops around open quite late, so felt quite safe.

I booked a two single bed however was given a room with a double bed. They did offer to change it - it turned out that the double bed was just two singles pushed next to each other. This made hardly any difference because there was no space in the room for even a cm between the beds and so it was still essentially a double.

They did not have ironing facilities or a kettle. The shower temperature was also slightly temperamental and either too hot or too cold with nothing in between. also seemed like the towels weren’t changed daily as I sometimes found marks I had made the day before.

The entrance doors are closed (not locked) quite late and on one particular occasion just before midnight I was not able to get back into the hotel. Luckily my friend was inside and able to open the door. When we tested it and she was not able to open it from the outside either. This was not great but luckily not a huge issue.

Don’t bother with breakfast - plenty to eat outside (that is also much nicer!). Staff were nice.

It's a decent place to stay. The location is great, luggage storage is available, and there's a small elevator. The design is a bit old-fashioned, and there's a slight air freshener smell.

Excellent location, right on Minzu Street, opposite Max Mara, the nearest metro station is Republic Square, about a 20-minute walk from the train station, two security gates, 24-hour front desk, the room is mini, with a suitcase and almost no room to turn around, but it's enough for one person!

Cleanliness: 4.8; Ambiance: 4.0 (Rooms are right next to the street, so be aware of noise); Service: 4.5; Facilities: 3.8 (Room size is small, and the bed is too narrow). Overall, it's still pretty good. It's a traditional hotel with a sense of history.

I highly recommend this hotel; it truly has that Roman vibe.

Facilities and Hygiene: This hotel is located in a historic building that has been recently renovated. Although it looks quite old, it's incredibly clean, surprisingly so, especially the bathroom! The window is a bay window, offering extra space. The double-glazed windows ensure it's very quiet.

Location: It's on Via Nazionale, about a 15-minute walk from Termini Station, a 7-minute walk from the metro station, 15-20 minutes on foot to the Colosseum, and about 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. The Pantheon is 2 kilometers away. This location is really, really convenient. There are many shops nearby, including a Pam supermarket and a pharmacy that are open late.

Service: The service is excellent, and they respond very promptly to any issues.

The location is fantastic! It's so convenient to get anywhere, and the subway is easily accessible. There are tons of restaurants nearby, a supermarket right next door, and it's close to the train station.

Clean, quiet, and conveniently located near the train station, with attractions within walking distance. The front desk staff were very helpful, and they offer free luggage storage. The breakfast was also excellent.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location – right on the main street, just a few steps from Termini Station. Super easy to get around (taxis, buses), and you can walk to most of the city’s main attractions in under 20 minutes. Since it’s in a preserved historic building, the elevator is a bit small and slow, and some of the furniture feels old-fashioned (vintage). But everything is spotless – the rooms and linens are always clean and tidy. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which really makes the stay pleasant.
