Nice Roma stay
Reception was very nice kind stuff. They offered to take my luggage after check out because I had a trip. The room very cozy and clean. We had a fridge. We also had air-conditioner : necessary in Rome during summer. They cleaned the room every day. I felt in security, good neighbourhood. Roma termini station was close which is important : it is close to major locations .

Very friendly staff. Very nice room. Everything was as expected or even better.
Excellent stay for the price paid and a very convenient location close to the railway station and walking distance from all tourist attractions and from the bus station to take the bus to Vatican. We actually stayed twice in the same hotel during the same trip. The staff was very nice to us and happy to see us again. :)

It was surprisingly difficult to get around because it was in the opposite direction from the tourist areas from Termini.
Overall it was neither good nor bad, and the room was clean.

The overall feeling of the hotel is good, the sanitary conditions and environment are good. The location of the hotel is easy to find, not too far from the train station and subway station, you can walk there.

They are not as good as the 80 yuan small hotels in Chinese towns. The facilities are old and not very clean. The most important thing is that it's very cold. It's just an extremely thin blanket that looks very dirty. I asked the front desk if I wanted an extra quilt. They told me that it's not cold in Italy at 18 degrees and they wouldn't give me a quilt. I was speechless.

Paper towels are only available in the bathroom, not in the room.
You must hand the key to the front desk every time you go out.
The only bright spot is that the bedding is thick enough.
Bottled water, toothpaste and toothbrushes are also not provided
There is no direct elevator access, you need to walk up half a floor and go through a thick white door.
