Misleading, Unhygienic and Completely Unacceptable

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

The room showed clear signs consistent with bed bug presence, and the bathroom had visible mold and serious hygiene issues. The overall cleanliness standard was far below even basic expectations.

The property is presented in a way that suggests a 5-star level. In reality, it operates at a 3-star level at best — and honestly, it does not even meet that standard. The presentation is misleading and creates completely false expectations.

I immediately raised my concerns, but they were not handled appropriately. I felt dismissed and unsupported.

Due to serious hygiene and health concerns, I had no choice but to leave the hotel at 4 AM.

What is even more unacceptable is that the remaining 4 nights of my stay were not refunded, despite the circumstances forcing me to leave.

Given the hygiene issues and overall misrepresentation, this property should be inspected by the relevant authorities. In its current condition, it should not be operating this way.

I strongly advise future guests to reconsider before booking.

The location was very good; however, it is unclear how this hotel can claim a five-star rating. I understand the concept of a “boutique” hotel and that it is meant to be small, but this property is extremely small. The furniture is outdated, and the room doors are of very poor quality—you could hear everything. Due to the large gap between the door and the floor, we were woken up repeatedly between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. by noise from the corridor.

Additionally, the cleaning staff were very loud, which was uncomfortable. It took a long time for warm water to come, the bathroom was not very clean, and we had ants in the bathroom (second floor). The lobby is also very small, and overall the hotel feels more like a three-star property, which it apparently was until 2021 according to Street View.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is rated five stars. The room was very small and cramped even though I booked a 22 m² room, it didn’t feel spacious at all. There was barely any space to move around or place our luggage, and the entrance to the room was uncomfortably tight.

There wasn’t even a proper wardrobe or safe for clothes and valuables, which is something you’d expect in any decent hotel, let alone a “five-star” one.

The soundproofing was terrible, we kept waking up several times during the night because of noise. The cleaning staff were especially loud while working in the hallway, talking to each other in raised voices with the door wide open, right in front of our room. There seemed to be no consideration at all for guests trying to rest.

We were only staying one night to rest before our flight the next day, but it turned out to be one of the most uncomfortable nights we’ve had. When we first entered the room, there were mosquitoes, which made the stay even more unpleasant. I contacted the front desk about it, and their response was shockingly indifferent they simply said, “We don’t have a solution for mosquitoes.” Really? For a hotel claiming to be five stars?

Honestly, this hotel doesn’t even deserve three stars.
