Alessia was excellent at communication and so gracious. The apartment was excellent, clean, comfortable and the beds were great. Enjoyed our stay. It is a straight road to the Vatican. And the #23 bus which comes to just the right of the block…will take you to just outside the gates of the Vatican in 10 mins. Alessia is such a good host, quick to respond and provide answers.

Room was small. Toilet would run when you use shower or wash your hands in sink. No one at front desk to help with questions. Lady was nice that did let us on property. I wish there had been someone to ask about tours, etc. you have to be able to figure out things on your own. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Owner did have transfer called for us so we could travel to cruise port. I guess I expected more.

The memory foam bed was incredible, and having a smart TV to watch our own Netflix was a definite bonus. The only downsides were the shower (the temperature was inconsistent and leaked), and the noise from upstairs. Having breakfast would also be ideal, but the location is close enough for restaurant options.

The women who owns this place is really nice, and it is pretty, but the people on the floor above the hotel space were SOOOOOO noisy. You could hear the kids dumping toys on the floor, banging on the floor...I'm sure they were playing,(with a plastic hammer) but not what you would expect in a nice hotel. Every time one turns on a water faucet, there is a bullfrog noise that repeats over and over until the faucet is turned off - shower included.

Beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. But the best part of Gardenia Suite is Alessia! She is so welcoming and friendly. We love you, Alessia !!

This property was gorgeous. The room was fantastic, the surrounding area was beautiful, and the staff was fantastic! She was constantly in contact with me when I needed her, and she was extremely friendly. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I arrived at Gardenia Suite on Saturday May 25 around 4:30 PM. We were very well received by the receptionist named Daniele. He explained everything neatly to us, both outside and inside the room. The next day was my wife's birthday. I asked Daniele if he could decorate the room in the morning when we were out of the room and put down a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a surprise for my wife. When we came back the room looked great and was nicely decorated. My wife was very surprised. The location is also quiet, supermarket 2 minutes walking distance. In short, we are very satisfied with the Gardenia Suite.

Beautiful and cozy room at Gardenia Suits is based straight away in the center of Roma. Location is perfect for tourists, 10 min walk to Vatican. Alessia, the girl works there, was very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast is a good start the day.
I have satisfied with this B&B. For sure I'll be back there.

The location is excellent, very close to the studies Rai via Teulada and just a few minutes from the Vatican. The rooms are furnished in a simple but pleasant style. Some small notes: the heating set TO the MAXIMUM (there will have been 30 degrees in the room), the plumbing of the toilet is very noisy, the minibar empty and the presence of the kettle, but no sachet of tea/coffee/herbal tea. Only bags of sugar! The guy doing the "checkin" does not speak almost anything Italian, and you understand with great difficulty. The breakfast is served in the bar below with a coupon and is a bit "ugly"
