Worst ever stay at this hotel few years back. The staff was pathetic and discourteous. They gave me a room with no window, no room service...the room was like a store converted into a room. I checked into this hotel two days ago ,the rooms are dirty & shabby .This is a 2* at the very most . I stayed when it was a best Western the standard was much higher .How this can show a 4* is astounding .There is no cooling system working ,but the ventilation grill is so thick with dirt There is a serious risk to public health if it was turned on . Filthy bathrooms with sinks you can't use because plug sticks . We feel extremely uncomfortable staying here , some of the staff have a bad customer service attitude .We would really like a full refund so that we can move to a decent hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel , No tea/ coffee making facilities in room . Please save yourself from the stress by avoiding this hotel .

Dont book here. Look for another hotel. We checked out early.

Same issues as all the other reviews! In our experience, the hotel is old (which is part of the charm) but the way it is not maintained. The rooms are dirty (bath in particular was stained) the soaps/shampoos are barely enough for one, there is mould, water temperature was either freezing or boiling, you can hear people next door and plumbing issues with the shower and bath meant no pressure. What is advertised is not what you get.

Further, the street is very busy so it is noisy and smelly.  The windows need to be closed to combat this but hotel management turn off the air conditioning in the 'cooler' months. They refuse to turn it on despite the temperature being 27°C and 70%+ humidty. We mentioned this to the staff who were unphased. They told us said to speak to the manager. It was delivered like they had said it many many times before.

Saving money is the priority. It shows in every facet of this hotel. We checked out early and they didn't even ask why. They do not care about you.

In my honest opinion, if you have this hotel booked for an upcoming stay, I’d seriously consider finding a new hotel. Upon arrival, we were told there is no air conditioning in the rooms, nor will it be repaired anytime soon. The overall feel of the hotel is dirty and dingy. The room itself is old, outdated, rugs are disgusting, can’t open the window, bathroom tub is full of mold and mildew, along with ceiling and the toilet is broken, won’t flush. After three requests for service on toilet, they finally sent someone but it could not be fixed. To see that the overall rating of this facility is a 4 is laughable. Even my fiance, who has stayed in some subpar hotels, was disgusted by this room. We didnt expect perfection, but what we got was unacceptable.
