Typical Italian old-school attitude

The room service steels money, they didn't do anything about it at the Reception. The room service can't clean well. They just create a bigger mess. They also don't know how to count towels or refill toilet paper.
The staff is mostly rude and slow and can't speak good English.
Rooms are small, not all have bathrooms. If they do, then the doors often don't lock. The Air Conditioning doesn't work well. In my room, it would not turn off - leading to a cold and sore throat. In other rooms it wouldn't turn on. The TV rarely works as well.
The street outside is very noisy, especially in the night (until 3am).
There is little space to sit around as a group. When trying to sit around as a group, you get shouted at by the staff.
Breakfast is small and not good, they have one coffee machine, so the service is horrendously slow.

The hotel is not terrible, but not too good, great location, AC units in most rooms. However, the service stole total 140 euro from our trip across a few days. Not recommend.

I stayed just one night to attend a conference. The one star is fair; the lack of a bidet is surprising. Decently clean. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. However, the price of the rooms is unclear: since a single room wasn't available, I booked a double for single use, only to discover that two other attendees had booked a single and were staying in a double and a triple room. As a base for one or two nights, it's fine. Wi-Fi is free and works very well.

I had a bad experience at this hotel and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. When I arrived, the room was in poor condition. The blankets were full of holes, a truly unacceptable aspect for a property that is supposed to offer maximum comfort. Furthermore, the walls in the room were visibly cracked, which gave the impression of neglect and poor maintenance. I expected a more welcoming atmosphere, but dust had accumulated on furniture and surfaces, making the environment unhygienic. This is an aspect I find particularly negative, especially considering that cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of a hotel. To make matters worse, I also noticed a visible hole in the room door, which not only ruins the aesthetics but also raises questions about the safety and attention to detail on the part of the management. Overall, the property is in dire need of renovations to make it welcoming and comfortable. This is truly a shame, because the hotel could have great potential if it were properly cared for. I certainly expected more, considering the price paid for the stay. I don't think I'll be back or recommending it to others unless some serious maintenance is done.

I had very low expectations after reading the reviews. I even went in prepared with cleaning supplies. But it turned out to be better than expected. The room looked decent. My bed was comfortable. There was hot water. The shower was broken at the bottom, but that didn’t bother us. We stayed with five people. There was little space for suitcases, but we managed. The breakfast was a bit scarce by my standards—only sweet options. I prefer savory foods or milk and cereal, but they only had jam, bread, and croissant-like pastries, some with filling.
The location is perfect—about a 5-minute walk to Termini station. There’s also another metro station nearby. Nice restaurants in the area too, and you can order delivery with Glovo.
Overall, a fine hotel. Literally what you’d expect for the price. The landlady was super nice. Most people in Italy don’t speak English well, not even young people, but she could express herself easily, and we understood each other. The people were very hospitable.

It is truly a very successful and sympathetic business. When I came to Rome, I wanted to stay here with its affordable price and beautiful concept. The lady owner of the business was very polite, smiling and caring. She served a nice espresso. It was a very sweet gesture and the lady's conversation was very nice. The rooms were quite clean. Clean towels were provided and the linens were also very clean. I was very pleased. Both the employees and the business were very nice. If I go again, I'm sure I'll choose this place again. I was purified from all my bad energies with their good energies. Moreover, it is close to the train station. An affordable accommodation for a comfortable daily stay.

It was a perfect price performance hotel compared to the amount we paid. It was the best place we could stay with our student budget. We stayed in a shared toilet room, the toilets were cleaned every day, but the people on our floor were using the toilet in an inhumane way. Despite this, the cleaning staff were cleaning every day. hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Also, the entrance of the hotel and the ceilings of some rooms are very stylish.

Just stay basically anywhere else. This is truly a 1 star hotel, the only thing that was positive about it is the owner is a genuine person. We had a card stolen out of our wallet in our room, no true follow up or offer from the hotel to cover even a day off of our stay. Also, the shower had hot water in it for maybe 1 minute for 5 days of being there so that was as such a hassle. Lastly, location is complete garbage for the relation to all touristy things.
