Very convenient, clean, safe place with extremely helpful staff. City tax will need to be paid in Euro upon arrival, as required by THE CITY. This is most anywhere you stay.
Rooms were basic, wifi worked well, and rooms were cleaned daily, with towels replaced. Multiple great restaurants within walking distance, with bus stops and supermarkets close by as well.

I need a refund for this stay since we had to face several issues in the room. The AC was not cooling my room, shower door fell on me, the handle of the shower faucet was broken, there were ants in the bathroom. Because we had to leave the windows open at night to cool the room, the mosquitos bit my daughters. The toilet flush was not working the whole stay and so we had to dump water in the toilet bowl with a bucket so it could flush. This is very unprofessional and we are very disappointed. This has been the worst hotel we staying in.

Everything was great here. The only thing that was a negative was that the walls are VERY thin. You can hear everyone and everything around you while you're in your room. Staff were great, the room was exactly what we needed, and the location was fantastic.

Terrible experience at the hotel mosaic!
1. The walls are dirty, the air conditioning is not working, there are no covers in the mattress.
2. The room has a terrible smell and is full of humidity. The mattress and the pillow are really uncomfortable.
3. Issue with money
The first day that we arrived they informed us that we need to pay additional 48 euros for the city tax. We told them that this was not mentioned in our confirmation mail and in our booking receipt and that we will contact booking to figure out what happened.
After my talk with booking (mentioned below) booking told me to not pay anything additionally and to ask for the invoice.
I asked for the invoice one day before we leave and they said they will provide it when we leave and pay the tax.
The invoice that they provide was mentioning the price of 257.67 euros.
I have payed through booking 263 euros.
They said that I have to pay additionally 48 euros (they had no proof about this additional money and the invoice was mentioning 257.67) and even though I was showing the mails, the booking confirmation, we even went through a new booking and the city tax was mentioned inside the price, they were not letting me go.
Of course at the beginning they asked this money cash. At least I payed through card so I have the proof of it.
Terrible experience, they are not mentioning the city tax as it should have been even in their site and then they are taking these money!
To conclude, be extra careful when booking in this hotel!

Perfect location for my first time in Rome. Walking distance from all major sites I wanted to see. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Right next to amazing restaurants!

Location is great ! Everything is a walking distance! The reception looks all nice and new However the rooms are old.

The room was awful. The air conditioner will make noise throughout the whole entire night. I barely slept. The condition over all of the room wasn’t the best. It was in a great location. They make the hotel seem nice but once you check in the rooms are definitely not in the best condition. The bed was comfortable but the aesthetic of the room was very old fashion like back in the 90s. I didn’t have a problem with staff. I wish we had a better night stay. The only window we had in our room was a window view of some stairs.

Amazing hotel. Very central in Rome. Staff were absolutely excellent. Warm welcome. Room was gleaming top to bottom. Hotel decor was class. Very tasty buffet breakfast each morning. Wide selection of cuisine to satisfy everyone's tastebuds. A huge thank you to all here for a memorable visit.

The hotel is pretty much 5* only on the amount charged in the property taxes.
The main pros are the great location, assuming you will use public transportation, and the breakfast is pretty good.
The rooms look extremely nice at a first sight but as soon as you get settled in you realize things don't work well. The shower was broken and the AC was malfunctioning in my room. The wifi was terrible and would just not work at all even tho I was here on the low season. Things I would expect of a budget hotel but definitely not a 5* infrastructure.
I complained about the wifi because I needed to take an important call but the reception person only got rid of me saying they would check with the maintenance person the next morning and it didn't get better at all.

Omg, simply what? what is this place? 5 stars and I am laughing out loud🤣 room without windows and staff at the reception are beyond rude. Highly discourage you to waste your money at this place. I cannot believe I have not read the reviews before. You cannot even breathe at the room without turning the AC at 17 degrees when it is 9 outside. Could not sleep well and had the worst experience ever. Please do not come to this place at all.
