Rome, Via Urbana 20 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The staff were incredibly kind and made our stay very pleasant. We really appreciated them accommodating our special request to switch to a twin room. The room was very clean and comfortable, and even had an electric kettle. The room itself isn't huge, so spreading out two large suitcases simultaneously might be a bit tricky. However, it does have a spacious balcony which adds to the feeling of openness...
The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway. It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station. The bathroom heater was very strong, so after a shower, I wasn't cold at all, and it was perfect for drying clothes. Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there are all sorts of small restaurants right downstairs, which is very convenient.
Excellent service, excellent service, excellent service! The hotel also felt very secure. Its convenient location allowed me to walk to all the attractions. Plus, Cavour Metro Station is right next door, making it easy to reach Rome's train stations.
Extremely convenient, with supermarkets everywhere. It's also really clean and hygienic. However, it's a bit far from the train station, which can be tiring if you have luggage. On the upside, it's very close to all the attractions. Highly recommend staying here, I'd definitely consider it again next time!
The hotel room was very clean and warm with good heating. The room size was also generous. The staff provided excellent service. My only minor complaint is that the reception area is quite small; I initially thought it might be a guesthouse. I had a very comfortable sleep during my four-night stay, and the soundproofing was good.
Great location, very welcoming staff. The only downside is that the walls are paper-thin; you can hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms.

A perfectly situated apartment in the centre of Rome . It was quiet even though it was central to everything , walking was the best way to experience Rome
We had a wonderful stay at Baubino 79 and can't recommend it highly enough. First off, the location is near perfect. In a great neighborhood, wth many high end shops and plenty of restaurants and cafes. And really all the wonderful sights in Rome are so close; Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, St Peters. All are very walkable (for example, St Peters is a 1.5 mile walk, largely along the Tiber). The...
This property was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to so many places. The apartment we stayed in was clean and offered many amenities The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone considering this property.
This hotel is super charming, loved the quirky Italian decor. The staff, although not in the lobby (I think their office is on 3rd floor?), were always reachable by WhatsApp and willing/able to help. The location between the Spanish steps and piazza Popolo was unbeatable.
Living in the city center means you can shop until your feet drop. It's so convenient, you can walk anywhere. The room is clean and has a kitchen, which is very thoughtful. I usually eat there for ten days and then I'm afraid I'll really want to cook for myself. I think whatever I cook tastes great. I give it full marks. It's so fun to shop. I'm afraid of being robbed after buying things. "We don't...
The location of the hotel is everything, close to the Spanish Steps, boutiques and Villa Borghese. The waiters at the reception are very attentive. I recommend this hotel

The room was lovely!! It was a room I wanted to live in. It would be even better if the bread for breakfast could be heated. There is a small supermarket about a 30-second walk away where you can buy fruit, snacks, appetizers, and alcohol. I would love to stay here again when I go to Rome.
The room has everything you need, the owner is warm and thoughtful, and the bread for breakfast is very delicious, thank you!
We arrived at night, so it was dark and a little scary at first, but it was spacious with two rooms, a living room and a bedroom, and the fridge was stocked with drinks, snacks, and jams for breakfast. It was a lovely hotel that felt like living in Rome, like a condominium. Breakfast was included, so we thought there would be a room to eat, but we had to go to another room to get bread and eat it in...
I stayed in a single room. It wasn't spacious, but it was bright, clean, and sufficient. The bread at breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, when I tried to check in at noon, the front door of the building was closed, which was a problem. Another guest happened to come out and opened it for me, but the room at the front desk was also closed, so I had to wait for a...
The hotel is completely like home, with a gentle front desk, clean and spacious, and convenient for cooking. Our family is very satisfied!
It is a great and quaint place on the island.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Loved to location.
Good sized room with kitchenette and large bathroom for a very reasonable price. The location was very good. Quiet and safe, close to metro and bus routes, with much of Rome in walking distance and plenty of good local dining options. Complimentary water, milk and snacks were much appreciated. This is rooms in a residential apartment block not a hotel so no communal facilities.
This place is at least 6/5 stars. Exceeded all expectations. Cozy space with modern amenities like outlets and USB plugs next to the bed. Everything about it was amazing. The space was larger than expected, bathroom had everything you needed, and the balcony was dreamy. The communication was informative and prompt, and always available for questions you may have. Great location, near many good restaurants...
The location is perfect, close to everything and really nice and safe area. The owners were always available for questions and very respectful. The rooms are beautiful, with views to the roman european streets. I recommend these apartments for everyone in rome,l.
Great place to stay by shopping street around the corner. Close to metro. The room is expensive but you pay for space in Rome. We went for breakfast in the morning and the bar ripped us off for breakfast. The prices were visible yet they charged us more. Be careful.
Well located accommodation very close to Piazza del Popolo. Very nice room and good communication. Limited reception and no other facilities really but that was not an issue for us - rooms cleaned daily. I would stay again .

Located along a hill side in front of San Saba church, this very secure place is very welcoming. Really like the place as it is very clean, taken care of, and generally just nice and comfortable. Thank you, Ernesto.
This B&B has a good location. If you book through Ctrip, you have to call the Shinjuku boss yourself. He will send you the password for the door and room. The boss’s Italian accent is a bit strong, haha. The B&B is on the second floor. The public area is quite large, with a microwave, a water dispenser, and a public washing machine. The room is not big, and the 1.3-meter bed is a bit cramped for two...
We just concluded our 4 night stay at BePlace Aventino and we were really happy with all the facilities and services provided. Great accommodation. Made to feel welcome by management who were also very helpful with taxis and directions.
First time visitor to Rome (and Italy) before we set-off we set-up WhatsApp to communicate which was very helpful! Very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk from Vatican City, we took a taxi into Rome for €15. Emilia and Fabrizio were great hosts who met us there and were also available to message anytime. There is a shared kitchen well stocked with breakfast foods and a coffee machine but...
Pros: the host was excellent. Sheets were clean. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Main part of room looked nice. Good location. Cons: bathroom had lots of mold, especially in the shower. String found in shower was black from top to bottom.
Very comfortable, refreshing air, however small
Great place next to the Vatican, you can hear the church bells every morning. The folks that host the place, make it feel like home. Fresh pastries and espresso every morning.
First time visitor to Rome (and Italy). This B&B was recommended to me by a friend that stayed there in 2016. Very convenient location. The room was well decorated. The staff was really friendly and helpful (they all knew English and always smiling). A little bit far from the sightseeing walking, but easily accessible with public transportation and hop on-hop off bus, so that was not a problem. It is worth its money!!
Very pink room bug great welcome from Yuri at reception
Nice and quiet neighborhood expect that the rooms are next to the train station and every half hour you will hear the noises of the train. The stuff was very helpful. The breakfast was disappointing since you went to one bar and you take only one coffee and croissant!!! But for University students or low budget travelers I think is one good and economical choice to spend for recommendation.
Very close to the railway station Roma Ostiense and metro station Piramide.(you can reach) Shops, pizzerias, restaurant, cheap ,bar ,tire, and placed all of them close Local very clean and functional! No noise inside. To those disturbed by the noise of the trains from the rooms feel. Reception is excellent and helpful! Will definitely be back! To improve:service, weak wifi
They are very clean rooms, very good breakfast and the best thing that has WiFi, besides that the owner is a very kind person... sure I'll come back and recommend it to my friends who visit Rome

Communication and check in was the easiest process I have ever done. This place is nice if you’re going to be exploring the city and just need a place to rest your head. Nice rooms and great friendly staff. Great location and only 7 minute walk to the train that takes you to the airport.
They were extremely kind and helped us when our flights got delayed. They sent over our room information to us because we missed the check-in timeframe.
Not too bad for our stay but room can be improvedlike putting a mirror outside the bathroom so while bathroom is being used mirror is available outside the toilet. Elevator for some reason stops working at night and some certain times. On our check out, elevator again was not working. Caring big luggages from 5th floor going down was a pain. Mngt has to investigate further why it stops on certain time...
Room was very clean. Staff was amazing very helpful. Location was great! Would definitely stay again.
The staff was amazing! The room was comfortable. We had to keep the windows open to keep cool and it was loud. The location was exceptional. I would stay there again but in a diffrent room. Our room faxed the street in front of the Stana Maria Magorie. The breakfast is in a diffrent location. The TV was spot

Alessandro is very nice, very nice rooms and quiet area but close to everything.
This place is in a prime location, close to almost all the major attractions to see in Rome by walking. If you enjoy walking, the coliseum and Vatican are about a 40 min walk or a short uber ride. Uber works well in Rome by the way. For breakfast we enjoyed at Margherita! Pancakes are on the menu and coffee is great! Just a few blocks from the guesthouse, on the same side of the street. Piazza Navona...
We enjoyed our stay at Assunta Domus! The location was perfect - very walkable to the more popular parts of town, but just out of the overwhelming congestion. Alessandro was an incredible host at AD warm, welcoming, and so respectful. We truly enjoyed our stay in the suite. Nice location and good place very good place.
The room is not big, and it is very crowded for three people. The restaurant is even smaller. It feels like eating is next to the front desk, which is not very convenient. The price is very high. Fortunately, the location is more convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel next time. This time I chose it in a hurry.
Very close to Plaza España, very convenient, right on the luxury street and feels very safe (but be sure to note that the nearest subway station does not have an elevator, so be careful when moving boxes) Environment: This room is good, quiet and spacious Service: Friendly and welcoming, breakfast is delicious
The service is warm and considerate, the room is comfortable, and outside, it is a Brand shop street. Awesome
The hotel is located in the city center and most of Rome's main attractions can be reached within a 20-minute walk. We stayed for 3 nights in total. This hotel is incredibly satisfying. The location is fantastic, right next to the Spanish Steps, visible from the window. There's a shopping plaza downstairs, so it's super convenient to bring your shopping directly back to your room. Even though it's on the plaza, it's very quiet at night and not noisy. The front desk staff were very friendly, polite, and attentive. A very satisfying stay!
Location very strategic, just right next to metro station , taxi stand and Spanish Steps. Room is modern and comfortable.
The hotel is rather hidden and difficult to find. There is no obvious hotel sign at the entrance.
The room was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, with a very good location, next to the subway station and next to the steps of Piazza di Spagna. I love this place. Staying here is so affordable. A great location to stroll Trastevere and Rome’s beautiful highlights. Very friendly and clean.
No kitchen facilities for the guest. Breakfast on the website was 7 30am but if was 8.00 which did not suit our early programme. We left without breakfast on the first morning. The hotel facilities included laundry service and airport shuttle. None of the service was there. However the cleanliness was excellent.
Wonderful Hosts Lorenzo and Julia were wonderful hosts. Both are kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.
Brilliant location a stones throw from the buzzing Trastevere neighbourhood and great value for money! Lorenzo is a fantastic helpful and friendly host. Great boutique hotel. Great location, great breakfast, clean room. Check in and check out was easy. However, in the morning someone opened our door with a key 3 times while we were still in bed. The hotel proactively contacted us in advance to provide the check-in code for the apartment. The hotel is closer to the Obelisk and the Colosseum. The bathroom was okay, with good water pressure. The bedding could be improved.
