The staff were incredibly kind and made our stay very pleasant. We really appreciated them accommodating our special request to switch to a twin room. The room was very clean and comfortable, and even had an electric kettle. The room itself isn't huge, so spreading out two large suitcases simultaneously might be a bit tricky. The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway. It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station. The bathroom heater was very strong, so after a shower, I wasn't cold at all, and it was perfect for drying clothes. Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there are all sorts of small restaurants right downstairs, which is very convenient.

Excellent service, excellent service, excellent service! The hotel also felt very secure. Its convenient location allowed me to walk to all the attractions. Plus, Cavour Metro Station is right next door, making it easy to reach Rome's train stations.

Extremely convenient, with supermarkets everywhere. It's also really clean and hygienic. However, it's a bit far from the train station, which can be tiring if you have luggage. On the upside, it's very close to all the attractions. Highly recommend staying here, I'd definitely consider it again next time!

The hotel room was very clean and warm with good heating. The room size was also generous. The staff provided excellent service. My only minor complaint is that the reception area is quite small; I initially thought it might be a guesthouse. I had a very comfortable sleep during my four-night stay, and the soundproofing was good.

The room was well decorated. The staff was really friendly and helpful (they all knew English and always smiling). A little bit far from the sightseeing walking, but easily accessible with public transportation and hop on-hop off bus, so that was not a problem. It is worth its money!!

Nice and quiet neighborhood expect that the rooms are next to the train station and every half hour you will hear the noises of the train. The stuff was very helpful. The breakfast was disappointing since you went to one bar and you take only one coffee and croissant!!! But for University students or low budget travelers I think is one good and economical choice to spend for recommendation.

No kitchen facilities for the guest. Breakfast on the website was 7 30am but if was 8.00 which did not suit our early programme. We left without breakfast on the first morning. It's troublesome if you arrive late at night to check in.

The owner was very nice, and the room was very clean. There was a 20 euro city tax to pay upon arrival, which was higher than Milan's city tax! However, the room was very close to the Colosseum, just a few minutes' walk away.

Great boutique hotel. Great location, great breakfast, clean room. Check in and check out was easy. However, in the morning someone opened our door with a key 3 times while we were still in bed. There was no knock for housekeeping, and we aren't sure who it was. But ultimately they did not enter and front desk apologized.

What an excellent little apartment for a four day stay in Rome. It was centrally located in a quiet area, close to transportation. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Room was ready for us ahead of time. Feliz was very accommodating. Location is wonderful, and even with the proximity to the Colosseum it was surprisingly quiet.

More like a hostel experience. No iron available, bed and breakfast it is not. There was no breakfast available as promised when I booked it. Also the pillows were dirty. Felt gross.
