Beautiful location and friendly and helpful staff made this booking a no-brainer.
A wonderful spacious room, we were there in February 2025, the heating works, they replenish the goodies in the room every day, there is a full kitchen where you can cook and eat. The location of the hotel and its transport accessibility is a separate plus. The hospitable manager, be sure to ask him where to go to eat, he recommended great places and explained how to get to them. When we come to Rome...
To start off, I have never stayed at an Airbnb and my wife had other impressions of what we were staying. But we are staying at the up and coming neighborhood of Testavere. Prior to the trip, Alberto our host was gracious well in advance to communicate with us a few weeks prior to our trip. This brought my mind at ease as we are venturing to a country that we knew little about, and knowing nothing...
Very pleasant place . Owner very helpful ! Surely a good place to stay.
Nice place. Clean, easy to get anywhere, friendly staff and has all the basics including good bed in a dark room. A bit expensive, though, however I guess prices are high in July.
We were so happy with our stay! The area is perfect for a short break with so many amazing restaurants (less busy & expensive than the city centre) and great transport links to the tourist areas. Our room was clean and comfortable and Alberto was so helpful. There is a nice shared kitchen, free breakfast at a popular cafe nearby & you can store your luggage for free. Highly recommend ☺️

Being able to enjoy hearty and delicious Korean food here every day was a great source of strength. The bulgogi and stir-fried pork belly prepared by the owner gave me energy to start my day. I was very grateful that they prepared breakfast tailored to my schedule for the next day whenever I shared it. The accommodation was also generally well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable stay. Both the...
We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The location is great with Termini station and the Colosseum within walking distance, and it's situated in a safe and vibrant area with loads of good restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean and since we visited Rome during a heat wave, it was great to have a proper functioning airco! Please note that the breakfast options are very...
Nice enough It was a nice enough stay. I did think the photos on the site made it look a bit nicer than real life, and the bathroom was very small. But the bed was very comfy, and it was clean. One point of note - i was very grateful i'd packed ear plugs. the traffic noise was quite loud, and on the Saturday night there appeared to be a nightclub in close proximity, which played heavy bass until...
Plenty of historic places to visit. Would advise to avoid in the summer months as very hot during day, humid in evenings. Wind seems to find it difficult to get through the tight streets. Spoilt by the attitude of many locals, including airport security, passport control, shop keepers, etc, etc. Found them very hostile, bordering on racist.

Great experience for 1 or 2 nights in Rome, lovely room all the essentials for the trip that I had, nice bed nice room unfortunately for the bathroom it is separate but it is private only the room that I booked in Somehow this aspect can't be irrelevant because Sohel was very lovely and welcoming so I completely forgot the bathroom issue The staff made such a good impact when there were some problems...
The room was quiet, dark, clean, and reasonably spacious. It was air-conditioned (split ac, very quiet). The shower's water was hot. The bed was queen-sized and the hardness of the mattress was just right. You could hear other folks opening and closing their rooms' doors but it was very minor. I had no complaint about the room at all. I think it was very good value for the money. My communication with...
I go there regarding my business. I booked a room. That was luxury. The staff was very friendly. My feelings were as I am in my home. My recent stay at Signor Suite Colosseo was a delightful experience. I will love to visit again if I go there as they have delicious food. Their services are all thumbs up. Highly recommended.
My recent stay at Signor Suite Colosseo was a delightful experience. This charming B&B is perfectly situated in the heart of Rome, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's historic treasures. The room I stayed in was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, giving it a real Italian charm. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus,...
The apartment is acceptable, but we didn't like it and wouldn't come back. The rooms are small, one even tiny, a claustrofobic person would not resist in there. It was just one chair at the kitchenbur we booked for 3. All the windows were towards very small kind of inner yard. Problems with toilet, little shower and unpleasant smell.
It's a nice place, very good location for a first time in Rome. Booked and payed in advance, no issues from begining to end. Thanks guys.

I love staying in Internouno because its surrounded by salon, good cafes and very easy to reach by public transport . Located near to Sapienza Univesity of Rome aswell . Everything was clean and staff was friendly and allowed us to check in a little bit earlier
We liked the place and it has everything you need for your stay; it's pleasant and easy to find.
This B&B is spectacular. Clean beds, clean bathrooms. When you're not in your room, the staff comes and cleans everything. I returned to my room in the afternoon and even found the beds made! Furthermore, to keep an eye on everything, the staff installed a "special" camera outside the door! It follows your every move. I highly recommend it, no complaints.
Nice place to stay while in town
Overall the property was good and the staff/owner very friendly. Each room has its own colour scheme. Nice decor, well thought out. Not much storage for belongings. Area is just OK. It’s nicer a bit further north. I prefer a softer bed so didn’t get the best sleep. Close to train station but be careful of what route you take if walking. We took a bad route with terrible uneven, and disappearing sidewalks...

Friendly staff- good for a short stay. Was a little hard to navigate and small room with thin doors and shared space. No complaints for a one-night stay!
Room was nice and spacious but lack of window into the world was a minus.
Awesome views. The roof terrace at this hotel was excellent. The hotel is a bit tucked away and tricky to find. But the room was nice and the view over the rooftops of Rome is really exceptional. I love quirky little places like this, and this place was a really pleasant place to spend a few days.
Location was great, walkable to many things in Rome. Room was clean and functional. Rooftop Terrace was a highlight watching the sunset over the city. The fridge left a bit to be desired. Communication could be improved as I only got directions on how to check in while travelling. Key locks could be updated
Good central location. No 24 hours desk staff. Check in 10 min walk from rooms. First nite in an unacceptable loft room-very bad. Second night moved to nicer room.
We were in a room in the attic. It is impossible to walk at full height in more than half the room. But we only needed a place to sleep, so it didn’t matter to us. It would be a problem with children, it would be very traumatic. But it looks cool and romantic. Clean and comfortable. The reception is in a different location. The rooms are OK. But the shower didn't drain. The air conditioner didn't cool well.
The water in the shower didn't drain, you had to wait for it to drain so that another person could bathe properly. There are garbage collection trucks outside the window at night and in the morning, which can sometimes be annoying.
A real gem - spacious, modern room with a large bathroom in a great location! The room was so spacious, modern in an old building. The hotel has a good location, just a 2-minute walk from the station. The rooms are large and well-equipped with kitchen amenities. It's two train stops from the city center. There are no bathrobes or slippers. Breakfast is the same every day with a limited menu. Be aware that you'll be asked for a deposit, and it must be paid by card only. Unfortunately, our deposit was not returned nearly a month...
A very good stay. The staff was friendly and always tried to speak Spanish. One point for improvement would be the room cleaning; we stayed three nights and they didn't change the towels even once. Everything else was great!
This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Rome. It's right next to the Vatican, so the location is great and convenient for getting around, and most importantly, it feels very safe. The prices are usually around 1000+, which makes it quite good value for money. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are also very nice.
The room was old style but very spacious, clean, well appointed and functional for a quiet and comfortable stay. Good value and being away from the city centre, the nearby train station provided ready access to then explore the city and sights. Breakfast was available which we enjoyed and as there was no evening meal option, the restaurant next door was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful so...
The apartment was much larger than we expected and we loved it. Full kitchen with full sized fridge. Large lounge and dinning area. Big bathroom and bedroom. Plenty of storage. We had a good stay at the hotel. It is ok for the price, it has a good connection with the city center, we liked the neighborhood it was in. The only thing we didn't like is the fact that housekeeping went into our room even though we put a 'do not disturb' sign. And they took...
The place is clean and easy to find. Facilities are all available in the lobby. Only wished that there was a water kettle in the room. Overall its a good place to stay for a short trip.
The hotel was close to the station and very clean. There are no slippers provided, so I'd recommend bringing your own. We had no trouble finding food, as there's a supermarket and a bar nearby.
We had an excellent stay at B&B Roma Tuscolana. We arrived way before check-in and Margherita cheerfully went out of her way to store our bags AND connect with housekeeping to get us the first available room. We rarely encounter such exceptional service. The room was nice, modern, clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was way better than the majority in our experience. The fresh...
It’s a bit far from the city center, but Bus 85 can take you to the Colosseum or the Spanish Steps in about 45 minutes. If you don’t mind taking the bus, it’s actually a convenient option. On the plus side, traveling to and from Fiumicino Airport is easy — you can take the FL1 train, which is much cheaper than the Leonardo Express and doesn’t require any transfers. We stayed for four days, and the...

The hotel has a great location, right next to the Vatican and across from a university. It feels quiet and safe. The breakfast setting was beautiful, but the hygiene details could be improved.
The location is good. The soundproofing is poor. During my three-day stay, the upstairs kids seemed to be running, crying, and screaming all day and night. In the middle of the night, I could hear furniture being dragged, things being thrown, and the floor shaking. It was exhausting and annoying after a long day. The front desk was very helpful in communicating with them, but it didn't really help
What a wonderful property! Our apartment was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and breakfast room perfect. The Borgo Pio neighborhood is safe and charming and only blocks from the Vatican. Beds were a little low and I was worried may be too hard for me but we both slept well. Will stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Rome!
Great stay at the property. Everything was clean and roomservice of high quality.
We had a truly wonderful stay at Trianon Borgo Pio! The location is unbeatable – just steps from the Vatican, Castel Sant’Angelo, and the beautiful Tiber River. We even walked to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and many other iconic sights with ease. Our room was spacious, well laid out, and thoughtfully equipped with a kitchenette, which was a great touch. While we travel often in Europe, Italy holds the biggest place in our travel heart. But we have never been to Rome :-). We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in October, 2025. It's a nicely located boutique hotel. Room was good-sized (for Rome) and rate was reasonable. Staff was friendly. Bed and A/C were good. We'd stay there again!

A special thanks to Elisa – she was amazing: friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Thank you for the great service and warm hospitality! We’d be happy to come back.

Big nice clean room. Loved the breakfast brought to your room. Pick whatever you want by filling out from menu each evening and time you want breakfast. Walked to everything and our excursions except the Vatican. It could be noisy with ambulances, buses , and such. I wear earplugs so didn’t wake me or my husband.
Superb room, great breakfast and staff are just wonderful!!! Great location and so close to most of the main attractions!!! Highly recommended!!!
Room was in good condition but there was not AC during our stay. We had to call every day to ask for it but it seems it wasn’t working. We were not recognized as a vip. We didn’t get the bottle of wine. Staff was ok.
Good size rooms for a centrally located property. Front desk is helpful and always available. This is a tiny hotel, about 12-15 suites in total, and you feel welcomed and well taken care of. A beautiful property in a great location in the heart of Rome! The hotel sits in a quiet piazza with 3 great restaurants right across the street. About 200 feet around the corner is the Campo de' Fiori with more restaurants and a market. Walkable distance to multiple Rome landmarks. Rooms are cozy, a bit small, but comfortable.

It’s 4.5 only because the room is rather small but I gathered rooms in Rome are smaller compared to elsewhere. Nice environment and walkable to even the Hop-on-off bus tours in less than 10 mins and it’s near the train station. Major hub point,
great to have breakfast on the terrace and nice view of the area from the top. Excellent stuff, great team assisting and serving when needed.
The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Termini train station, which is ideal for anyone needing to catch a train. Subway access is also incredibly convenient, with Termini Metro station right next door. Definitely recommended.
Nice location and high ceiling
Its really worth the value to stay. Especially need to highlight the space of the room. It is dedinitely can't find at this price with such room spacious in Rome.
Clean, warm, new decorations with lobby and rooms with historical building. They have elevators, staffs are extremely helpful. Location: very easy to find and access from Termini. Only one thing want to mention is the drainage speed of shower, it’s so slow and nearly blocked.

The room was dirty in the corners and the bathroom ceiling was moldy.
The staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfasts were fully stocked daily with plenty of options. We were in a great location right outside the vatican walls.
Unfortunately, this place is infested with bed bugs. We thought that the red spots on the skin were mosquitoe bites. Upon returning home, our son needed medical care for the bug bites. Otherwise, this place is centrally located near the Vatican City. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. I hope they do something about the bed bugs.
A very central place to stay in Rome. The area is safe and clean. The bus is near by. Our room had no garden or courtyard view but a view of the boundary wall. The room was on the ground floor without any provision to keep flies and mosquitoes away, so, there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. We asked for gluten-free products for breakfast and we received them. The staff is very helpful.
