Rome, Via Bettolo 6 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
My husband, son, and I stayed here for five nights. They arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport, which was very helpful. Upon arrival we met with Paolo. He was very helpful and friendly. He showed us around and let us know what areas we could use and what would be provided for us. He also showed us on a map, all the important things in Rome and how to get there. He provided us his phone number...
Very clean and bright room. Italian breakfast with croissant, white break, milk, juice and coffe. In the building is lift. Is CO. Private bathroom. We recomended that place. One minus, very hard pillows
Nice place to stay, quiet and safe location, just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and 5 minutes to the subway. The staff were very helpful in addressing guests' needs. The interior is a bit plain; I would recommend hanging a couple of pictures to enhance the ambiance.
Good location. 5 minutes walk from Metro. You will get your own room with bathroom and share kitchen with two other rooms. You will have your own shelf in the refrigerator with drinks and in a pantry with packaged breakfast. Good room for the money. Con.: bed sheets and wall color outdated, Sparkling vine wasn't provided as it said in our room details.
We had a great stay here. Staff are very helpful, giving us recommendations, and the room was really nice.
Good location close the Vatican. The room was very clean. There were just two points. The shower was not working convenient as the water gets cold after 2 minutes uninterruptly. The breakfast was a bit dissapointing. Overall we had a good stay.

This hotel is super close to the colosseum, it is one street over to the best gelato we tried in Italy. We loved the location, and the service at the reception and at breakfast was exceptional. The receptionist noticed that one of our birthdays was happening while we were staying with them, and they gave us a special treat that morning during breakfast. which was a very welcome surprise! Kudos to...
Bice simple breakfast , fabtastic location . 10 mins trevi fountain, 10 mins colosseum . Great area for eating
10/10 location and spacious room It was only one night in Rome before our flight back home, but it was a great venue. The location is 10 out of 10 truly and the service was amazing. The room was spacious. I’d go back here.
From pre-checkin communications to getting us transportation to the airport, the entire staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They took care of every need. Morning breakfast was wonderful - they catered to my wife’s gluten-free needs!
Wonderful freindly staff, they even noticed my wifes birthday and gave her a cake. Great location near to many great restaurants and bars. Good AC in the room which was needed during our stay. The hotel did a few free experiences including a night photography walk to the coliseum and a tiramisu making course. Overall the hughlight was the wonderful staff.
Really nice hotel, very friendly staff, and the location was 10/10! Would book again anytime.

Rome, Via Della Penna 65 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The staff was great, very helpful in everything. The place was very clean, bath facilities good, comfortable beds (little bit small), but there was no space to store clothing and personal belongings. We could not unpack.
Overall, a wonderful stay at this hotel. Loved the balcony, and the fact that there were different rooms/spaces. The only thing that would have made our stay better- more comfortable beds. The main bed was hard and very uncomfortable.
The location is perfect – a masterpiece of balance between centrality and calm. The service was excellent, and the receptionist was a truly wonderful woman. The room was fully furnished and beautifully decorated in elegant red tones. A charming and peaceful stay in Rome!
Had such a lovely stay! I travelled alone with my 8 year old daughter and I can say we both felt very safe staying here. The staff were soooooo friendly, welcoming and were amazing with my daughter! Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Rome :)
We loved every minute of our stay at Hotel Anahi. The warm staff that always greeted you with a smile, the authentic Roman charm of the hotel, and incredible location will stay with us forever. It is within walking distance of some of the most incredible restaurants and shopping in Rome. Thank you Hotel Anahi for making our visit to Rome unforgettable.
Nice apartment Location was excellent. The apartment had great space. Staff were lovely to deal with. I liked being in an annex but you are out of the main hotel. Only downside was noise from outside.

The room walls where damaged you should give manteinance to them more often, there's no extraction in the room bathroom or it was no working and the hotel reception smelled like sweat all the time
The location was fantastic, with a clean room and extremely helpful and courteous staff.
We stayed for 2 nights. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are extra blankets available. Our hairdryer was not working and the front desk let us borrow one, also an iron. They were very responsive and friendly. Will highly recommend and stay again in the future. Location great, in front of scooter and bike rental and bus stop.
Very kind and professional staff, Nicola at the desk is a gentleman. It is a good hotel with a great location.
The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental style, it was pleasant. Nice touch was a young lady serving the coffee from machine. She remembers your preference each morning. Nice attention to detail. Room was ok, nothing glamourous but clean. Only issue i would say is our room did no way have any soundproofing. We could hear outside conversations on street or lobby very...

Overall a great stay for our family group of 4. Breakfast was good with variety. Staff were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend
We enjoyed our breakfasts before long and dense days in Rome museums. Good transport choices to get around Rome. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay next time in this hotel.
I like the location of this hotel. Its right next to a large park, which was good for my morning run. The room was equiped with a cooking/ washing area. The fridge was useful. Breakfast had a good continental selection.
Perfect if you like walking. This is a good place to stay. What made the visit extra convenient was the young guy in the reception, didn’t catch his name. Recommending good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was nice. Only downside is the pool bar pricing 12€ for an aperol spritz is on the steep side. Could book again
Our room was huge, with a separate bedroom, dining room/livingroom combo, foldout sofa bed (very comfortable), kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, sink, dishes, large fridge. The pool was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all a wonderful experience.

A wonderful and green house in the heart of Rome
Quiet, very decent family run place, peaceful and secure. Very accessible to metro and centre of Rome for tourist attractions. Ludovico very responsive and helpful.
The best place I have been in Rome so far. I travel a lot for business and I needed a safe place for parking. The reviews were excellent so I decided to reserve a room. The host gave me accurate information and I had a wonderful experience. Spotless clean, quiet and special. I highly recommend to visit this house if you have a holiday or anything else!
We have just had an amazing week in Rome and really recommend this fabulous accommodation. What a great find! Only about twenty minutes on a bus /metro from the city centre and very peaceful. Well-equipped, spacious and in a tranquil setting. Immaculately kept and run by a friendly and helpful host.
A great place to stay, especially while travelling by car. The park is like a part of house's garden - the trees and birds act here as neighbours and we liked it a lot. Very comfortable bed and silence in the room helped us sleep well. The property is clean and well maintained. Ludovico definitely does a good job as a host - we had a feeling that we can always count on him. Overall - a very nice place

The apartment is right in the city center, with a taxi stand downstairs, making it super convenient to get around to all the attractions. Luggage storage costs 5 euros, and housekeeping during your stay is an additional charge. We had a great stay, it was clean...
It’s our second stay at this hotel chain. Highly recommend it for visiting Italy. It’s right by Tevi fountain and we even saw some women right protesting in action from our window
The location of this place is excellent; all the attractions are within walking distance. Plus, the apartment has everything you need: an oven, induction cooker, coffee machine, electric kettle, and all the cutlery. What's more, the hotel even has WeChat, so you can contact them easily through the app. Don't hesitate – choose this one!
Had an amazing stay! The room was super spacious and spotless, and the location couldn’t be better — just a few minutes’ walk from the Pantheon. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Trevi Fountain. There's a bus stop about 20 meters away with many routes, so you can easily take a direct bus to the Colosseum, Mouth of Truth, and Vatican Museums. The front desk staff was very friendly. When we asked how to buy bus tickets, he even took us to a shop. On our last day, we needed a taxi from the hotel to the train station, but couldn...
I was surprised to find such a spacious room at this price in such a central Rome location. It's perfect for families and even extended stays. Traditional stay in a quieter area of Rome We stayed here for five nights and enjoyed our stay. A few minutes from the Vatican, with a 24h Carrefour and metro nearby. The catch? Check-in requires someone to meet you in person (fun if your flight’s late at night). We stay two nights and I have to say that place is very nice and clean. We check in Monday 22/9 and the next day when we are doing our tour, they send staff to clean the room, change the bed sheets and we get clean towels!!!

It was perfectly located, ten minutes far from the colosseum by walking. The facilities are in perfect state and everything was cleaned. The communication was excellent. Comfortable beds, well equipped bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped as well to be able to cook something.
One of the best guest houses I’ve ever been! Friendly staff, convenient location (ideal if you like to explore the city be walking, because it takes 15 minutes to Colosseum), !! Supermarket is near, and great price for the offered service. You can cook inside the GH, leave food in the fridge and make coffee yourself. Thank you again!

Beautiful and comfortable room. Close to train station.
The room was really spacious with modern facilities, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and made us feel at ease during our stay. However, it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, so those focused on sightseeing will likely use taxis or the metro frequently. Still, there were restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and it was a great area to experience the local Roman vibe
The room was spacious and even had a terrace with a table and chairs. It's very close to the Colosseum, making it super convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great stay. The only flaw was that one night, there was some event nearby that was incredibly noisy from about 7 or 8 PM until 11 PM (which is when loud noises are legally supposed to stop). I reported it to the hotel midway through...
very spacious room, big living area and big bedroom, bathroom was nice and has an LED light function with flashing lights. have to pay extra to use the kitchen. Decent distance into the city Centre.if you are okay with getting the train, it’s about three stops from where the hotel was situated
The front desk staff were very friendly, and we were very satisfied. The hotel's location is right near the old city walls, and you can see the train station from the back. The daily cleaning service was excellent; everything was spotless.
Convenient in location, there is a nice little local cafe nearby to pick up coffee and breakfast. The bus stop is under a minute's walk. In general the hotel is not bad, 2 bad things are bathroom had mold (multiple spots) And it could be loud time to time, I dont know this was because we were in first floor or not, but everything that was happening outside we could hear it, and this could be annoying specially when it was happening 1-2am

It is located in a strategic spot, everything is very clean with coffee included and plenty of silence for a good rest. I must highlight the excellent work of Luca, everything is directed by him since there is no reception. Rome is my favorite city. I have visited it three times now and I know I will return. I will definitely contact Luca for my reservation! Thank you for everything.

A small single room, but it had everything I needed. From the window, I could even see the dome of St. Peter's Basilica in the distance. The host was very enthusiastic and helpful.
This is not the place if you think you might need contact them for something. The wait time for them to respond was from 8 pm to one next day after my repeated calling from noon. Once answered they asked me to wait another two hours because the person who was supposed to man the office from 9-4 was on lunch break.
This guesthouse is impeccable. Although the single room is small, it meets all the safety and hygiene requirements most important for solo female travelers. The surrounding area is one of the safest in Rome; I could walk the streets alone at night without feeling scared. The elevator has a very medieval feel.
Enjoyable Our room was very clean. The female staffer was very accommodating. Overall we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely return to Luxury. Rooms.
Shops nearby and great dining options. AC was off when we came and room was very hot but it was fixed next day.
