We stayed here for 3 nights and whilst the hotel was very good it doesn't quite warrant 5 stars in any area.
The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable but the noise from the road, and from the corridors is too loud. They did change our room from the second floor to the sixth and this eliminated the external problem.
The service at breakfast was poor and they actually ran out of crockery - substituting paper cups and also suggesting we used these cups for yoghurt as they had no more bowls.
The location is good in that it is right next to a metro station but it does mean you cannot easily walk to any of the sites.
Apparently, they do offer a shuttle service to the centre but this is not well advertised and we only found out about it when checking out.

So first off I want to start with the positive, the rooms are beautifully furnished and clean, the soundproofing as far as outside sound is great and the staff is very friendly. However for me, the negatives are pretty hard to get over. Every single morning at 8:00 a.m. I would start being woken up by housekeeping slamming doors, unfortunately the soundproofing through the doors of the room leaves a lot to be desired. Anything happening in the hallway you can hear inside of your room, people talking, doors opening and closing etc. Housekeeping is definitely not attempting to be quiet, there's a lot of slamming of doors, strange beeping sounds and shuffling of things on the cart which goes on from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at least. So if you like sleeping in, find another hotel because it's not possible here. The bed is quite hard, my husband woke up each day with a sore hip from sleeping on his side due to the bed being pretty much unpadded. Our room also had a very strange setup in the bathroom, the toilet was literally in the corner less than a foot from the counter so you had to do this weird crab walk while half squatting to get to the toilet. There's very little counter space and in general the bathroom feels cramped. The biggest issue for my husband was for sure the air conditioning, while it works it is not particularly cold so if you like it cool in the room to sleep you won't find it here. It's not hot, but it definitely does not get cold either. I will also say that it is pretty difficult to get to City center from this hotel, even though there is a train stop very close by it does not run into the city center. You can get there but you have to change trains/ walk to a different station several times which is not exactly convenient.

For me though, the biggest issue is for sure the loud housekeeping starting at 8:00 a.m. every single day we stayed here I was woken up at 8:00 a.m. and unable to sleep past that due to this sheer level of noise. Personally it feels extremely inconsiderate and like housekeeping really doesn't even consider that people might want to sleep in. We had a really long flight getting here so the first day we really needed sleep, and it was impossible to get here. Oh and also, room service is delicious but very expensive for Rome. Not unusual due to the convenience factor of room service, but something to keep in mind.

The Radisson Hotel GHR in Rome truly made our two-night stay wonderful. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and having a balcony was a lovely bonus, letting us relax with views over the city. Staff throughout the hotel showed a fantastic work ethic and genuine warmth, especially Alessandro, who was so helpful and kind when we arrived.
Breakfast was superb, with a wide selection to suit every taste, and the bar in the evenings offered a relaxing atmosphere to unwind. The hotel’s location was perfect—taxis were always available outside and it was very convenient for getting around Rome. This was an ideal base for exploring the city, and every moment at Radisson GHR felt special thanks to the team and facilities.

The rooms were comfortable, but small…. Wet little space to move about. However, our AC worked really well! The staff was friendly and helped us when needed. It is not in the heart of historic Rome, but my daughter and I found our way through the bus system and we did just fine.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful, one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. I arrived late because my flight was delayed, and the staff were really kind and understanding when I called them to let them know. The room was spotless, with complimentary water bottles and a huge bathroom + shower. I felt very welcome, and I would absolutely stay here again when I come to Rome again.

I was here for a concert, and the Olympic Stadium was about 30 mins on foot, which was perfect, too.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked a selected room, but was actually given a standard room. I asked Ctrip to intervene and they told me there was no solution. They had to check the availability the next day to see if we could change rooms. Because we didn't arrive at the hotel until 11pm, we didn't have the energy to mess around with the hotel, so we just stayed for one night and changed rooms the next day. As a result, they told us the next day that they couldn't change rooms. They were very arrogant.
We stayed for three nights, but the free water in the room was never put in. We called three times to ask for it, but it was never delivered.
There was no shampoo, but an empty bottle was left there. They were indifferent when we called to change it. Finally, my husband couldn't stand it anymore, so he went to the front desk to argue and gave us two small bottles.
The next day was even worse. We went out to play in the morning, and they told us that we couldn't change rooms during the day. We thought we were traveling, so we stayed for three nights, so we didn't bother changing hotels, and we made do. As a result, when we returned to the hotel at more than 8pm, the room was not cleaned. I really haven't seen a hotel with worse service. I won't come again, and I don't recommend Chinese people to come. The waiters here all have a condescending tone. This is the most disgusting hotel, no one!

We stayed four nights and it was wonderful.
The room was quite spacious for Rome, and there was a beautiful church across from the window.
The breakfast restaurant manager, Rafiq, was especially kind, remembering each guest's preferences and proactively chatting.
The hotel offers a free shuttle to Piazza di Spagna, and the driver was very friendly, spoke good English, and was very patient.

I liked the service of the staff, they are polite, answer questions.
I liked the breakfast: there is a boiled egg, and greens, and sausages, and cakes. Every guest will find something for themselves.
The room is generally comfortable, in winter the hotel is warm. But the windows are a bit leaky and you can hear the noise from the road periodically.
The towels and robe are good. Average cleaning: the floors were not washed or vacuumed (crumbs and hair were lying on the floor, and no one cleaned them up during my entire stay). The mattress is comfortable, the pillows are also comfortable. There are toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, cotton pads with sticks and a nail file.

Initially, I booked another hotel in the center, but it was so cold and noisy that I looked for an alternative option and found the Radisson. Overall, I don't regret it. If I'm ever in Rome again, I'll definitely consider it for accommodation.

I stayed at the Radisson Grand Hotel Ritz and overall the experience was good.
The room was clean and well-organized, with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. However, the soundproofing leaves much to be desired: external noises and those from other rooms are clearly audible, making it difficult to rest.
A particularly negative aspect was the taxi management: I had booked a car for 7:30 am, but at the time of departure the taxi was not present, causing an avoidable inconvenience. For a hotel of this level, such a service should be more reliable.
