Not a 4 star absolutely awful. Staff were really rude ! It said there was a gym , pool and sauna and there was nothing available . It’s way out of the city so really expensive to travel there and back . I paid for breakfast and evening meal the breakfast was basic . The evening meal was a choice of pasta , hamburger no bun , chicken and potatoes . If you wanted anything from the menu you had to pay extra . We have all had bites from the rooms as there were bed bugs . Very disappointed as it’s nothing like the pictures online or the description.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Firm matress which I preferred. Mini fridge available.

Unfortunately no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Pool was lovely however I was asked to purchase a swimming cap for €3.00 which I thought to be a little strange. Pool opening hours were limited 11:00am - 6:00pm on the weekends.

Sadly the breakfast was disappointing, a few pre packaged gluten free options that I didn't really enjoy. Dinner at the restaurant was very enjoyable.

The location was not very convenient to get to. I was travelling solo and came from Rome Termini. A train for €1 to Aurelia. No taxi at the station so a bus is required then a 10 minute walk. Difficult when its 40 degrees.

The hotel is located 20 minutes from FCO airport, you will need to book a taxi approximately €45-€50.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel however unfortunately the location and limited transport options meant for a challenging journey.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered and I travel all over the world. they treated us like second hand citizens. Just Aweful. Food was terrible and stale. I didnt think it was possible to get stale bake goods in itally but somehow they achieved it. Front desk staff during the morning on 4/9/25 was so rude it was unbelievable. She actually yellled at me for taking some tap water from the lobby. Tried to eat dinner at the restaurant it seemed to be an inconvenience for the waiter to wait on us. Never brought us water and wouldn’t bring us a check. Had to go to the front desk to actually pay the bill. STAY CLEAR !

Disappointed with our stay

We were very disappointed with our stay at your hotel. There was no kettle in the room, which made it difficult to have a warm drink when we needed it. The room was cold, and we couldn’t control the temperature ourselves. We had to contact reception, but even after that, the room didn’t get any warmer.
No public transportation nearby. Shuttle is not available. Personal is okay, problem with management.
On top of that, the bedding was uncomfortable. The duvet was very thin, and instead of using a proper duvet cover, there were two flat sheets wrapped around it. These kept slipping off during the night, leaving us exposed and making it even harder to stay warm.

As a result, we spent two very cold nights and ended up catching colds. This was really disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel of your standard.

We hope you address these issues so future guests can have a better experience.

The hotel itself is really good for the price and the rooms are clean with great service at reception and a nice restaurant on site. However the walk from the metro/bus stop can be quite intimidating, especially at night

Terrible, don’t waste your money. They only have one triple acommodation and now, we’re five families sleeping in a double room with a bed with no space to walk through. Terrible, we don’t recommend it. It’s impossible to thing that they don’t empathize with the guests

The facilities should highlight that the pool is closed on Mondays and we did not see the gym but I have to point out that the breakfast was very well prepared and the rooms very comfortable.
