Decor is a bit dated and worn, but plenty of outlets for charging phones next to the bed. The large pool ( with lifeguard on duty) and small private gulf beach on-site make for plenty to do

We visited in July and it was not overly crowded. There's a free shuttle to a larger public beach that runs frequently. Summer weather made tennis and volleyball possible only very early or very late

Ping pong table is in the shade, worn and needs replacement, but we enjoyed it l. Our dining experience was very good overall for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool side bar has a nice snack menu

Nice tradit The food and hotel was lovely. It’s a very clean traditional hotel. Only down side was the VERY loud evening entertainment. Our room was quite close to it so no early night for us

If they just turned it down it would of been bearable

Especially appreciated the music team and Aqua aerobics each day! The family rooms are extremely spacious. Sleeping 4 to 5 with a loft setup and walkin closet. Facilities are aged, but clean

This hotel really exceeded my expectations, thank you again to the whole team ! The Room: we had a double bedroom with a small garden, it was excellent

The location is awesome: it's so close to the beach, just one road to cross, 4-5 minutes from our room to the beach

The food was excellent, prepared according to italian traditions (as far as I know ;-) and most of all: prepared with love and passion. That's something I can feel when I eat

And it's this small charming bay where children feel good and parents don't have to worry because it's not a huge long beach. Perfect holiday, looking forward to coming back !

The beds are comfortable and you get a set of 2 pillows (one thicker, the other one thinner) for all your needs. I had my own pillow with me, I ended up not using it

We went to several other beaches miles away and found this beach to the best. Breakfast is very good with lots of fresh fruit and pastries. Short drive to town with tons of restaurant choice

The room ( sea view) is a tad small but cute with a lovely view

The hotel was somewhat lacking with amenities and the hotel staff are lacking personal touch. I went down to the beach, and there were plenty of chairs available, but were told they were already reserved by other guest

Great Reception Team, friendly and very uncomplicated to communicate with. Perfect beach location. Great variety at the breakfast buffet. But the bread is not freshly made everyday.

Since arriving here I have read some negative feedback about this hotel, why I do not know. Staff wonderful and helpful, very clean hotel and the breakfast superb. Beach super and a wonderful pool to catch the sunset

I have just had the most fantastic 2 weeks stay at Hotel Dune in the Arbatax Park Resort

A lovely park with beautiful swimming pools and a good breakfast. The seaside nature is stunning, and the care is excellent

I love the way it is all built around nature, I wish they would do this everywhere. I love that the pools are freshwater, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Beaches and location is just perfect

The entire resort is huge, clean rooms, beautiful views, good foos, a lot of activities to be done inside and also availability to have excursions to other remote beaches as Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, etc

Idyllic location in Sardinia offering fantastic scenery and views. Accommodation in a sea view superior room was literally 10 metres from the waters edge.

The staff are wonderfully friendly and the rooms are exceptionally clean, as are the Dune Hotel amenities. It is rustic and authentically Italian - a gem in the middle of the east Sardinia coastline

The property was beautiful, but the beach was moved, and there was no food or beverage service at the beach or quilting by the pool. Rooms were small, and staff repeatedly forgot to make our dinner reservations

Incredible setting and the staff cannot do enough for you. The breakfast is incredibly good. The pool is lovely and the sea and scenery out the back is absolutely amazing. Very well equipped gym.

The place is wonderful, calm, the beach is beautiful and the staff are very attentive! The restaurant is very good (especially the one upstairs) it's a shame that the one at the bar isn't as good! €30 for a Caesar salad that isn't worth it, it's disappointing! We of course recommend the place which is magnificent

My girlfriend and I stayed for a long weekend and we were blown away by the immaculate hotel, world class service and delicious food and drink here. The beach is beautiful, gardens pristine and rooms immaculate

One of our favourite hotels. We come here to do nothing, relax by the pool or beach, swim a bit and read. The staff are exceptional, 2 brilliant restaurants and a fantastic bar.

We stayed only one night and I wish we were there longer. The surrounding community has so much to offer with shops, restaurants and the marina. The beach at this hotel is beautiful! The breakfast was also delicious

Quaint library room stocked with books, multiple cozy areas with plush couches all over the hotel where one can sit and relax, multiple dining areas, beautiful pools, delicious buffet breakfast, direct access to the marina walkway bringing you to multiple restaurants, cafes and shopping

Even the chamber maids made sure we had what we needed and bent over backwards to accommodate. I absolutely loved my stay and look forward to a return visit

We stayed in room 162, which had great views and a nice balcony. The beach and pools were perfect. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. A little pricey for 9 holes, but you can’t beat a course at the resort

We loved our stay at this hotel. It's in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. It was also a nice distance away from the hustle and bustle of san teodoro but not so far as to be a pain

Definitely go to Lu Impostu  and la cintas beaches they are truly incredible beaches even though they are extremely crowded

The beach for the hotel is not worth it since there are such spectacular beaches everywhere right around it

The hotel's location was ideal. The property itself is sprawling, with direct beach access. There were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available by the pool and on the beach

The grounds are spectacular, the beach and pool are great, amazing service from all the staff and the location is ideal for exploring the nearby town. We stayed in three hotels in Sardinia and this was our favorite!

There’s also a stunning turquoise beach about a 10-minute walk away, accessible via a rocky path – absolutely worth the walk! The only surprise was the parking fee – €20 per day

We loved our time spent in this hotel it's true hidden gem and it's worth all 4 stars, food was good quality from breakfast to diner, breakfast had plenty off choice, good coffee, juice, we had half board option booked which included fine dining experience every evening, hotel has salt water pools one on the seafront that had outstanding views, hotel had beautifully maintained gardens

We were only there three days on a road trip, so we chose to spend the whole time by the pools because they were so beautiful and zen

The hotel is directly located at the seaside with a private beach (very clean!). If you prefer, they have a beautiful pool with an awesome sea view too

I had an absolutely perfect holiday at this hotel! It’s right on a stunning coastline, and whether I was relaxing by the pool or down at the beach, the views were breathtaking and so peaceful

They have the most beautiful pool I've ever seen overlooking the ocean and the beach is just a few steps from the pool. This hotel is above and beyond in every way!

That honestly is my only complaint and it's minor because we only used the patio once as we were always at the pool or beach

It was possible to access the sea via a small area that they had cleared and once in it was lovely. There were plenty of sunbeds and parasols around the main pool

Lovely location with big outdoor pool with pool bar and shade and beach. Self-service buffet had good quality food choices and flexible meal times. Very friendly helpful staff with very diligent lifeguard in attendance.

The staff are friendly and helpful and take care of all matters quickly and easily. Unfortunately we had a problem with seagrass in the sea and the beach could not be used. We were there at the end of June 2019

Came for a week beginning of July for my birthday with my partner first impression of hotel was ok rooms are very small and basic we had a sea view which was very nice and we had a room right by the restaurant so didn’t have far to go for meals room has only 1 yes 1 plug socket which is located behind the fridge and we had to unplug the tv to use it or if we both needed to use it had to unplug the...

A highlight was the private beach area: crystal-clear water, very comfortable loungers, and a calm, exclusive atmosphere. Our room was tastefully furnished, very clean, and featured a small terrace with a sea view

This is a nice small hotel with a large pool and a beach only meters away. The hotel does have some nice aspects but there is quite a bit of room for improvement. The majority of staff just aren’t friendly unfortunately

The breakfast was good, a good selection and plenty of staff on hand for anything else needed. The setting of the hotel is a 10 second walk from a small and well kept beach with beautifully clear waters

We made good use of the swimming pool whilst we stayed at La Coluccia as we had visited many beaches in the days leading up to our stay here - plenty of comfy loungers for guests and the pool was well kept and a good size

We have stayed for 5 nights half board. It is very peaceful here with the hotel overlooking the beach. A quite bay which is good for swimming. We stayed half board and the food was truly amazing

We were swiftly offered a welcome drink in the bar/restaurant by the beach which was a nice little touch before being walked around the hotel’s grounds and finally to our room

Hotel DP Olbia was very pleasant and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The facilities were very nice, and the breakfast was wonderful! The pool area and poolside bar was a favorite spot to enjoy the sunshine when the weather was nice, and altogether the experience was very good! Highly recommend!

Really good hotel with professional staff and good breakfast. It is clean, quiet and the beach is only 5 minutes away by car.

Bar by pool. Pool closes at 7.30 a bit early for summer vacation. Towels for pool a of a pain.

Our only real disappointment was the front desk’s recommendation to visit the “hotel’s beach,” which turned out to be extremely crowded—thousands of people packed in—which was a letdown

Crisp, clean, airy hotel! Beautiful clean, airy hotel with a great pool. Close to a town with night market, hotel transfers offered to allow you to enjoy a drink. Great breakfast 😋

Some of the highlights included an incredible breakfast spread, a stylish onsite bar and restaurant, a beautiful pool area, and convenient shuttle rides to and from town

Would be good to have a water machine at the gym. Burger was fine, French fries and pizza were average. BBQ at the pool was a nice tough. Great staff. Handy location.

If you're planning to explore the island, we highly recommend renting a car so you can discover some of the more secluded, less touristy beaches

Room did not match the pictures. The pictures were clearly photoshopped. Our bed was two twins pushed together. The outlet next to the bed didn’t work. Toilet seat would not stay up on its own

charming hotel, great views and access to beach. Great breakfast choices and restaurant for dinner. The staff were excellent. Would have loved to stay longer.

We will always cherish our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Sardinia

That said, there were a few things that could be improved: Sunbeds: Many guests would “reserve” beds early in the morning by leaving towels, despite signs stating that this isn’t allowed

We spent our honeymoon here and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place! The staff was incredibly lovely and genuinely accommodating

We stayed 2 nights at *Hotel La Bitta* in Sardinia and absolutely loved it! The beach is beautiful, the pool is peaceful, and the staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming throughout our stay

Our room was immaculate—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and a joy to come back to each day. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Cannot say enough wonderful things

The downside was that the restaurant wasn't "really" open due to a semi-big group, and the bars (poolside and beach) were closed (due to the reason, that late September is off season) - and close by was only one bar/restaurant open

I never stayed overnight, as my family owns a summer home nearby. I can rate beach facility and bar as very good. Water is crystal clear; beach staff competent and friendly

Good hotel and services. Excellent parking. A negative note is that there was no seasonal fruit, melon, watermelon, peaches, or anything else for breakfast. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly.

My husband and I visited the hotel for our honeymoon in early September. The hotel is very quaint, right on the coast. Our room had a beautiful view and the beach is a short walk from the hotel

Ideal for people who want to relax at the beach. A lot of Italians from the mainland are here for holidays

I highly recommend to rent a car because there's is almost nothing near by like a boulevard with restaurants or shops, there is no nightlife, but a little beach club which is doing some party music until midnight

The grounds are well groomed and only 200m from main beach - perfect for hiring paddle boards windsurf etc etc Also a really charming railway station across the road which we used for a day trip

The beach is really nice, clean sand, picturesque harbor and numerous lunch options right on the water

The food is well prepared, tasty and varied. this is a place where you can rest well, without noise, in peace and quiet

There are bookies to help people with their luggage to the rooms on a mobile and departure, especially the rooms up higher on the hill and there is a mini bus which goes from the hotel into Cannegione for a couple of euros

This review is several months late, but I promised myself I would do it and here at last I have done! When you enjoy somewhere you should most definitely express it! This is a small, quiet, not in your face hotel

Those on reception put up with my attempts at the Italian I learnt years ago. The reception and bar area are quiet and small but also cosy. There is a small outside bar area in the shade

I wish there were a free shuttle to the beach club, but there was not. I wish the bicycle rental was also included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there

The Beach Club I would hesitate to describe it as a proper beach club. The charge of €30 per sunbed is not justified, especially considering the beach itself was murky and covered in decaying seagrass

Unparalleled experience. Excellent service and hospitality. Room in perfect condition, lovely pool, opportunity to play golf, excellent restaurant, and a luxurious beach club. Superb!

A few things they could improve: - Parasol on the swimming pool could be bigger, and there is not enough shade overall. - I would have appreciated more local cured meat and cheese at breakfast

We went to lunch at the beach club and had the best time ever! Nicola and the staff were excellent, and made it very special for my husbands bday and even gave him a personal custom card it was so thoughtful!! The food was 10000/10 and the view was incredible! We will be back!
