whether arriving by ferry, plane or train easy to reach, awesome roof terrace, gorgeous room, close to attractions - except the amazing beaches are a little trip to reach 😀
Hotel was spotless, well located and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend the Grand President and would like to thank all the staff who made our trip so enjoyable
The cleaning staff were very efficient, the restaurant staff were helpful and attentive, the reception staff were superb. Thank you Gessica, Elisabetta, Elena, Margetta, Daniele, Eleanora and Stefano
The stay at the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and supportive. I was able to check in early!
Just at nighttime it was a little bit loud due to the road.
Fantastic hotel in a fantastic Island.!
Courtesy, professional approach mixed in a balanced blend of Customers’ service.
I will be back there!
Great location and great service. Cozy and comfortable rooms. Stay to repeat.
In a very quiet location, almost like a residential area. Didn't see many people, 15 mins to main area, quite small. Close to La Cinta beach, excellent beach, white sand clearest water. Didn't use pool was too cold
The staff were friendly, the pool was really nice, I could use the facilities even after checking out, but the highlight of my stay were the massages from Cristina! I’ve had many massages in the past to ease my back pain from working long hours at the computer and hers stood out, exceptional! Her technique is extremely good and her warm, welcoming personality made the experience even better
Lovely hotel, great pool. Services were fantastic. The staff are just so lovely and very fun!!!! In a great location. We were so lucky to stay here.
Check out was extended for us to help with our later flight. End of season meant that the spa facilities were closed. We would have loved to use the Jacuzzi on the one rainy day we had but overall we had a fantastic stay
No atmosphere around pool no light music. The biggest shock no change of bed linen for 7 night stays unless you pay. Broom and bucket left for you. £200 deposit in case you break something or don't clean up on departure
Cocktails were also inexpensive and enjoyable. The pool is lovely but not heated, it has a lifeguard. Breakfast was ample and very tasty. The waitresses and reception staff were lovely and very accommodating
Location is just minute away from port, and few minutes away to historic city. If you rent a car would recommend to book parking with them in advance as parking on street is nightmare
Stayed with family, nice spacious rooms, clean and well kept. Breakfast at the top floor with panoramic views is lovely. Nice big choice of breakfast with lovely coffee served
I had an amazing stay at Catalunya Hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The restaurant served typical dishes, with fresh ingredients and impeccable service
Convenient location, there are buses to the airport and Poseidon Cave downstairs, and you can walk to the harbour and the old town
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant on 9th floor for breakfast. Would recommend
Very well located, close to the old part, good breakfast service and cleanliness
They also let us check out and still use the pool and even offered us to use the spa showers as our flight was later in the evening. Highly recommend this lovely property
Beautiful, quiet hotel with lovely gardens, a great pool and outstanding views over the sea from each of the rooms. The rooms were comfortable, the food was fabulous and the staff were very friendly
I’m always nervous when I see a hotel describe itself as Luxury…… However, if I was them I would be adding other adjectives! Luxury certainly. Wonderful pool and garden areas
But I repeat - this is a common standard in hotels in Sardinia. Now about the sea - the sea is pleasant, the lagoon, the water and the beach are clean. What I liked is that there are no strangers from the street
It’s a beautiful hotel and location and short drive to many other beautiful places and beaches. The view from our room was beautiful
Perhaps we were not at the peak of the season. However, the sand on the shore is not snow-white, like on the Costa Smeralda coast. There is no bar or cafe on the shore. Otherwise, and in general, I liked the hotel

Very clean and comfortable rooms, Great restaurant and what is most important - very professional and friendly staff. We felt great a d our 3 year old kiddo liked everyone!
Nice pool is also a plus
All the Staff was very nice and helpfull. They prepared us nice honeymoon setup and we got a room with sea wiev. The pool is nice and there is a small pool bar where is working barmen Nicolo, he is an amazing worker
The rooms are clean and everything is renovated. The location is great! Close to different villages, sightseeing spots and beaches on the south of Sardinia
After riding bicycles through the countryside for a week, it was nice to be able to relax by the pool and enjoy delicious food at any time
We enjoyed our stay a lot! The staff is very friendly and was always willing to help whenever we had questions and requests. The breakfast was good, there was always plenty of food
After dinner, which is just brilliant and highly recommended, we came back to our new room to find out the air conditioning was not working. Switching rooms again at 11pm
Good place to stay
We enjoyed our stay. Our room was modern and a good size. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Opposite beach and sister hotel on beach. Food delicious in the restaurant
We booked the day before as we wanted a hotel near the airport. We were really pleased with our choice, nice quiet hotel with access to a beach and a really nice restaurant. We would be happy to stay again
Staff were wonderful. Rooms were spotless, but very dated. Bed was very uncomfortable and shower was tiny.
Beach was nice, but it could be more comfortable
Food was expensive and not very good. Would recommend walking down the street to eat elsewhere. Good walkable location for accessing the beach though
dull area
There is nothing around the hotel. There are only a few simple pizzerias. The area the hotel is located in is rather dull. The beachfront is the only good thing about the hotel
They wouldn't let us open the umbrella at the beach. front desk didn't believe that we didn't have beach towels. made my husband run to the room twice because they didn't believe us

What a great find in Santa Teresa Gallura! Charming, clean well managed hotel with free breakfast(wonderful cappuccinos) and an onsite restaurant — try the monkfish with coconut breading! Great location, walk to ferry port and to the piazzas
We had no problem finding street parking (although it is late April). The staff is so very kind and friendly
I loved my stay at Hotel Marinaro! From the moment you step through the front door, you feel the welcoming presence of a staff that is excited to welcome you to Santa Teresa Gallura! Everyone who works at their front desk is so helpful and gave me wonderful suggestions for beaches and calas to visit, how the reservation system works at certain beaches, and tips on where to see the best sunset on the...
Super location. Clean rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Walking distance from shops, restaurant and beach. Since it’s a preserved beach, you have to book 3 days ahead so plan in advance.
Hotel Marinaro was an excellent spot to explore Santa Teresa. 5 minute walk to the port for ferries and 15 minutes to the beach
Don’t forget to ask to borrow beach gear!
Staff were passionate Sardinians and very friendly
The beach access is excellent, with a private area for hotel guests, great amenities, and good food and drinks available right there. Staff were friendly throughout our stay
Clean, well-organized, free Wi-Fi with good food and drinks, it made spending the day by the sea effortless. The rooftop restaurant is the crown jewel
The breakfast area with a patio shaded by a huge tree feels intimate, relaxed, and very local. The hotel’s private beach was another favorite
What a stunning experience! The staff were amazing! Helpful and very friendly and the hotel itself was an absolute historical Italian dream!!! The main hotel is where the included breakfast is served in their breathtaking courtyard
We stayed at Albergo Diffuso Mannois and absolutely loved it. Instead of a regular hotel room, we chose the apartment with a kitchen, living room, and bedrooms—perfect for working remotely and feeling at home
As the sun set behind the mountains, the whole town glowed in soft purple light. The terrace, full of plants and rustic details, was the perfect stage for excellent food and warm service

The rooms had all we needed and an amazing view over the seaside (well it is the port area with motorways but still!) On the other side was also a beautiful park
Staff and service excellent. Rooms very nicr, Food basic though, no pool.
Without a doubt, I would stay at the Martini again if I return to Olbia, a hotel that, although not in the center, has bus stops at the door that connect you in 20 minutes to the airport, as well as a beautiful park and excellent views from the port, thanks to an impressive terrace from which you can have breakfast, dinner or have a drink
A great and spacious hotel just ten minutes from the city center. A little dated but with great views and an open terrace. Breakfast is varied and includes eggs and pastries with fruit. The staff is extremely friendly
Very centrally located with most buses stopping in front of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel having proper croissant for example instead of industrial frozen products like most hotels
The Martini Hotel maintains the essence and authenticity of a high-class hotel establishment: elegance, cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere, details at all times and spaces, etc
Our room had nice walk-in wardrobe, medium to large bathroom and kingsize bed plus small balcony with a pool and sea view. We took the fullboard and it’s worth to upgrade
Pool is small, but who needs the pool when You have a warm crystal clear sea? If You like to snorkle or spearfish, there’s a nice spot just in front of the hotel beach, not that far of the shore, spot is marked with the buoy
Our stay in Villasimius was unforgettable—the hotel combined spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent service with an unbeatable location right on the water, offering stunning sea views while still being just a short walk from the charming town center and its shops
The food is delicious, almost gourmet style and servings are more then enought. Location is perfect, hotel is almost at the beach, walk to the town center takes about 10 minutes. Hotel has own beach and a beach bar
This is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, right on the beach. Giovanni, Eduardo, Antonino, Genny, Reuben, to name a few made our stay so pleasurable. We can’t wait to go back next year
The beach is one of the must to see beaches on the island. Only one thing is missing there, the restroom, but if in need You can always go to the hotel
There is a panoramic swimming pool, restaurant where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner via buffet. The beach is about 350 metres far from the reception accessible by a walk path
Good points first, the view from our sea view room was great, good aircon, short walk to a great beach, drinks at the bar were good and the breakfast was decent too
Friendly staff, beautiful pool and the best breakfast we have had in Sardinia. Many thanks to Alina for her excellent hospitality, keeping our room immaculate and tourist recommendations
Great place, nice staff, charming apartments, walking distance to the beach (5min) but great view of Maddalena. Very respectful of social distancing, masks and sanitizing.
The swimming pool is beautiful with spectacular views over the entire valley. Recommended for a pleasant stay in Palau
Walking into Palau takes around 20 minutes which in the heat isn't ideal, (realistically you need a car during hot season). In my opinion the price we paid for what we got was not worth worth it even in peak season

Stunning location and beautiful setting and beaches. The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were amazing. Lunch wasn’t included and was quite expensive
Alicia conccierge so friendly and helpful Louise in spa gave great massages. Breakfast buffet best I have had ever with the variety and quality. dinner 4 course traditional Sardinian meal was top notch 5 stars
The common spaces are all very well appointed near the pool, outdoor covered bar, and down on the private beach. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful
From the first email exchanges until we left the efficiency of all the staff was outstanding: from arranging airport transfers to booking restaurants in the town, from the pool and beach service to the staff at breakfast, lunch and dinner, everyone was friendly, helpful and on the ball
Service (I refer to bar near the swimming pool) should be more proactive according to the hotel rank
Lovely hotel with nice pool and beautiful beach. The bar/restaurant is very cool with lovely view of the beach. Breakfast is good and bar prices reasonable
The property was nice, clean room, convenient to walk into San Teodoro for dinner. Liked the beach, pool, lovely breakfast on the ocean.
Only downside for us was the music coming from the nightclub over the road late at night but we got used to it after a few days. Ideal for a chilled out beach holiday
Absolutely fabulous place to stay, can't recommend enough. Everything you could need and more. Easy walk into a beautiful town and people were super friendly.
Will be back.
After check-out I could store my luggage and still use all the facilities, which was great
Loved the property. Great room and very helpful staff!!!
The staff deserve particular credit: genuinely friendly and professional without the forced hospitality you often get at this price point. The pool area is well-maintained and the location works beautifully
Spiaggia Campus is a pleasant 20-minute walk, or you can use their shuttle service to Villasimius and various beaches. Parking is adequate, which isn’t always guaranteed in Sardinian coastal towns
Rooms are surprisingly large with big, comfortable beds and that sea view you’re paying for. Cleanliness is excellent throughout – clearly a property that takes maintenance seriously
The hotel clearly understands what premium hospitality should feel like: effortless, clean, and genuinely welcoming. What I Didn’t Like:
The bar pricing is genuinely shocking across the board
September evenings were blissfully quiet, punctuated nicely by good live music on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights – a quality touch that adds real atmosphere
The bar pricing actively undermines the social experience, but if you can live with that or plan accordingly, this is premium Sardinian hospitality done properly
The only issue we had was with the door, which my husband had to shove open. The rooftop breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff quite helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here again
Wonderful hotel in central position next to the port and the town center with free parking. Wonderful breakfast in a wondeful roof top terrasse
I was there three nights with my husband for a short trip and we were both very happy. Lovely staff at the reception, housekeeping and bar/restaurant
Front office staff Giuliano upgraded us to a junior suite - much appreciated. Nice large room with sea view and a bathtub. Roof top terrace staff Frederica is friendly and helpful
We had a wonderful night at the hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the ferry port and our room had a great view of the ocean. All staff members were extra helpful, friendly and ready to respond to any request
Excellent facilities, staff and service. Only thing I could say should be improved is the quality of the sweet pastries at breakfast as it was the only element not being at 4* level

On places to visit and the bar staff nice and friendly Breakfast and breakfast staff great too The cleaning lady is lovely and worked so hard ensuring all was well The hotel is lovely, a nice feel to it with a lovely pool Thanks a million to everyone who works there , your all c real credit to the Hotel But Daniella so genuinely concerned, lovely lady Thank you we had a lovely holiday 🥰
My husband cut his finger and it required stitches Daniella helped and went above and beyond with providing bandages etc Helped us by directing us to the health centre snd organising a cab to the hospital Was very helpful Also Anna was helpful with advice
Our room had a view on the pool. The restaurant is really good, both for breakfast (included) and for dinner. Good service, and always helpful staff! Would recommend. Only thing is you would need a car to get into town
I really liked this little hotel, it was very quiet, relaxing and clean. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed breakfast, something for everyone. Overall I thought it was good value for money and would stay again.
Excellent hotel 15 minutes walk from the centre of town and a few minutes further to one of the best beaches in the area. Spacious room with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge
Great size swimming pool and very friendly staff. Plenty of choice at breakfast
Excellent location, right on the beach and super friendly, family run hotel. We loved staying at the Hotel Tabby, it is right on the beach and close to some beautiful shops, diving school and restaurants
Lovely family run hotel just next to the beach, rooms are a bit traditional, but the staff who owns the business made up for it, great place for a quiet dinner after a day on the beach
Good breakfast and wonderfully kept bedrooms. The hotel is only 25 metres from the beach
My room was always cleaned when requested, especially because of sandy beach days, and I found the bed and pillows quite comfortable. The hotel also arranged an airport pickup and drop-off for me at a fair price
A lovely small family run hotel,a real home from home feel. My wife and I have just got back from a five night stay in this delightful hotel. Everyone that we spoke to were always friendly and nothing was to much trouble
A BIG thank you from Luka (6 years old), Slavica, and Adam. Wonderful hospitality ,from this wonderful family run hotel. They made us feel welcome from airport pick up to the very end
Everything was nice, clean the staff very profesional, the pool very nice, the room clean and spacious,
The breakfast and anyway limited if you are use to have eggs avocado etc
Parking was extremely easy and stress free and walk to the center of the town was just 15-20 minutes. Staff was super kind, even packed a great breakfast for us as we left at 5am on our last day.
Very friendly staff, good selection on the menu, good facilities, and not too far from the beaches. Would recommend to a friend.
The views were amazing. The entire hotel is a fairy tale and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful on activities in the area. Shout out to Debora!
The port was a mile or so walk, and the beach, a market, and restaurants were about a half mile walk. I would be aware that without a car, you do have to walk a bit
Lovely setting, comfortable room with a great balcony & lovely pool. Boat trip organised by the hotel was a fabulous day out.

Lovely Hotel, with beautiful swimming pool, in a very quiet location. Traditional and international food and excellent service. White sand beach in walking distance. Highly recommended.
A1 experience, would definitely book again. Tranquil setting within a short walk of a stunning beach. Food always good with different choices every night. Breakfast the best ever!
Really good restaurant and bar. Helpful service and great location for walking to the beach.
Beautiful sanctuary in the southern part of Sardinia. Amazing boutique hotel with elegant luxury located straight by picturesque beach
For everyone considering to stay here, don’t worry about the facilities - it’s really good. Yet what makes it outstanding and makes you feel like home instantly are the people
The pool, garden and beach adjacent are absolutely stunning and a beautiful location for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious

We stayed in this hotel with my husband and 2 kids. The rooms where perfect for us and spacious. The hotel is very clean and the receptionist is very helpful and kind. The pool was very Nice and big enough for the guests
Our room was very cosy with a pool and garden view, the bathroom was incredibly clean (my compliments to the housekeeping staff) and the bed very comfortable (not suitable for those who don't appreciate a firm mattress)
* the door in between the 2 doors was very hard to open
* staff at the pool could be more helpful. * an idea to put a menu at the pool. We didn’t know what we could order. This could bring your sells up
Arbatax is a strategic location for motorbike tours of the most beautiful roads and beaches of Sardinia's east coast from north to south
Excellent food, maniacal cleaning, the staff, from reception to the guy who cleaned the pool every morning, were superb
Great pool area with the most beautiful planting and trees. Lovely reception staff and very clean rooms. Negative is the breakfast with poor choice of underripe fruit and awful coffee
