The hotel is magnificent, with a beautiful little garden and corridors. The staff speaks excellent English, making communication easy. They are warm, friendly, and very helpful. Fantastic hotel on the Cyclops seafront in Acitrezza. The terrace restaurant where breakfast is served is excellent. For those who don't want to stay overnight, there are restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Nice hotel directly at the sea in quiet location with big rooms if you go for the bigger rooms. Breakfast buffet is very nice as well. We stayed at this hotel 7 days as a first part of our honeymoon. When we entered the room, we were greeted with a bottle of prosecco as a gift from the owner which was lovely! It is recommended not to come to this city, the streets are dirty and the hotel rooms are the only clean places in the city. Nice Stay Family of four adults staying in one room. It is an older hotel and you have to drive past a depressed area, but the staff was nice, the room adequate and dinner and the breakfast was good.

We stayed here for four nights on our trip around Sicily. They have a large pool that was very refreshing since it was hot. It's a bit out of the way but an easy taxi ride to anywhere you want to go. I recommend Ortigia Island for the shopping, sights and restaurants.

This hotel is really a gem. It is close to all attraction, the staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was big and comfortable. Great location. Our room did not have sea view. The main problem was the breakfast: it was poor for a 4 stars hotel. Instant coffee was served (no espresso, no cappuccino), the fruits were of low quality for Sicily, salty alternatives were scarce, bread quality was poor for Sicily.

Traditional Hotel, very nice staff, from reception to restaurant (good food). Abundant breakfast buffet. They also have a pool in case you want to take a break from going around. (Water was freezing). Provided good suggestions for boat tours and were very responsive when planning the trip

From the pickup to the drop off at the ferry dock everything about our brief stay was excellent. The place is spotless. The location is far enough from the 'main street' of Stromboli to be peaceful, but a ten minute walk will get you into the action - such as it is on Stromboli. We had a great stay in Domus hotel. The hotel is located right on the waterfront. Our room faces the ocean. When we opened the balcony door, we saw ocean in front of our eyes and our hearts sang! Our host Cynthia is so friendly. She goes out of her way to help us.

The Domus Mariae Albergo was an exceptional find! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in finding parking (an issue in Ortigia), recommending sites to see as well as authentic restaurants patronized by the locals. Staff are very friendly, food is good. Breakfast had plenty options. The highlight was the rooftop bar especially at night. The downside was no bottled water in rooms, we had to pay for any water.

The hotel is connected to residential housing which made for long nights of noise, people dog etc. The staff was not real friendly or helpful would recommend this place.

The hotel is lovely, great location and our room was big with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with enough vegan options for us. However, when we checked in, we were told the restaurant was all full for dinner and couldn't make reservations. We were tired from traveling all day and very hungry.
