The staff at Albergo Diffuso know the problems we had with the wi-fi in the apt . Very weak or non existent signal made it hard to communicate at all times of the day or night. There is a loose metal grating in the street that clatters loudly every time a car goes over it. Something for the city to fix, it's very annoying

I recommend this resort from the bottom of my heart. Everything - honestly everything - was perfect! Accommodation - so clean and nice to stay in a room, luxurious view, loads of green palms and bushes in a resort and kitchen? I bet you put some killos on like we did :). The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort.

Look it’s for Italian people as the whole place is Italian speaking simple as that We booked through BA who misled us totally and paid extra for fully inclusive which it isn’t . The hotel was renovated from an old post office, and it still has the characteristics of that era. But unfortunately the hotel did not put in any effort in this regard, such as arranging some guided tours.

Absolutely the best hotel in Siracusa! We were upgraded to a sea view loft suite for free! Very large room, harbor view outside the window, clean bedding, luxurious breakfast, and warm service. We went in the off-season and parked in front of the hotel for 16.5 euros a day.

Thanks to the Modica Beach resort and all it's staff for their support in organising our beach wedding. It was a fabulous day and we loved every moment. We especially want to thank the directors, the chefs, the maître d', the bartender and everyone else involved behind the scenes. It was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It took a while to get to the airport by bus. I was surprised that the building where I checked in was different from the building where I was staying.

Nice place. Luca and Luciano /the guys from the hotel were very kind. Parking in blue zone costs 1 euro per hour from 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. From 2 pm to 4 pm there is no charge.

Spent 4 nights here in March, 2025. We cannot praise the staff enough - they were all excellent. The reception staff on arrival, and throughout were extremely helpful. Whether it was prepping our arrival or helping with onward travel arrangements, nothing was a problem or a chore to them. Parking is a little tricky, and expensive with a larger vehicle (SUV) but convenient and safe. The facility is definitely older, but well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

The location is superb! It's a 15-minute walk from the central train station, and the hotel is right next to the Four Corners Square. It's only 500-600 meters to the main cathedral and the opera house, meaning all attractions within the old city are within walking distance.

The hotel rooms are relatively basic, but the breakfast is absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fruits, including incredibly sweet black plums. The house was once home to a baron, and the current dining room is his former bedroom.

We were really fortunate to find a free parking spot right by the hotel where we just left the car for 3 days. Note that the hotel occupies the upper floors of the building. It is well marked, but you have to find the 2 buzzers next to the big wooden door, and press the bottom button to get buzzed in. We loved it and would stay there again.

I've been staying here several times over the years and the property is always in perfect condition. The location is great in the heart of Sciacca. Cold air conditioning in a comfortable well equipped room. The included breakfast is excellent. Close to city centre, parking is included for €10 per day, but we were asked to leave our keys with the staff when using their garage. I stayed in this hotel because I had to go to a concert at the sports hall, I chose it for its proximity to the venue, the area seemed quiet to me, excellent restaurant and the waitress with us was very kind and friendly, a little more maintenance should be done, and more attention should be paid to the cleaning of the rooms, there was a bit of dust, for the rest the stay was to our liking.

The Hotel is a good location coming or going to the ferry harbour. It is clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is continental and very rich with excellent Italian coffee, yoghurt, fresh fruit, sweet and savory food.
