When you stay at a four-star hotel there are certain expectations like things will work. Just spent a week here. Accomodation was basic but spotlessly clean. Lovely pool area, with lots of young people having a great time. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Staff were great. Tucked away in a busy neighborhood -- this was the perfect location for us to visit family about an hour away and have easy access to the Palermo airport the morning of our departure. The office staff is incredibly helpful as is the bar and restaurant staff -- particularly Gabriel who we enjoyed spending time with! This property is essentially a B&B. don’t let the exterior scare you off. Room was very clean and the property had a rooftop terrace. Alessandro is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Bear in mind there is no elevator so you need to climb about 5 flight of stairs. Location is in the heart of Palermo within walking distance of everything.

Very good location Excellent location in old part of Palermo. Nice room with all required facilities . Roof top terrasse has an amazing view. Host - Alessandro was very helpfulp and provided essential information about the area and what to do making your stay in Palermo comfortable.

Really nice and welcoming guest. Easy check-in with ultra-clear instructions. Nice patio on the roof. The room is cozy. I would recommend this if you want to stay in Centrale Palermo.

Just like any historic center in Italy, facade looks gritty. However, once in the door to the B&B suite, hey presto, bedroom suite is modern and clean! Alessandro is fantastic… he responds day or night! Nice breakfast spread included. Facility is less than 10 minutes walk from Palermo train station centrale. Up Via Roma and street parallel to it have plenty of eateries!

The bungalow I’ve stayed in was dirty and has lots of gnats flying around, shower is too small and has very slow drain, and the door feature is not emergency friendly in case of fire. Thanks for the good service, but I will not recommend the place in the future.

So-so Photos are not super accurate. It has an RV park area, a camping area as well as the units. The unit itself had a small kitchen which would have been nice if we were there long, a bedroom with 3 twin beds and when you walk in, that also was a bedroom with a double (really 2 twins together with a sheet over them). The bathroom was ok - not super clean (ants on the floor) and the shower drain...

Stayed here unexpectedly for 4 nights when flight was delayed. We were made very welcome by Genarro and all the reception staff and can’t thank them enough, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was basic but had air con, fridge and shower with plenty hot water and although could do with updating it was comfortable and right next to the most beautiful beach...

Honestly it’s actually quite a nice place, we are here in winter with a camper, only people staying here. The staff at the bar and restaurant are lovely and we have been getting along really well. The place is for sure run down but good news is that there is a bunch of people working on it now and hopefully by summer it will be looking good!

This place has an amazing beach and it is not expensive. Very close proximity to the airport, a highway and some shopping malls. Otherwise it is trashy, surrounded by piles of trash and doesn't care much about clearing a trash. Mess looks to be a normal state here, which is not good or bad, it is just something you may like as a backpacker or a surfer, or consider unacceptable as a family or someone...

The bungalows with a window overlooking the sea, good value for money, close to airport, friendly staff. Only negative is the restaurant... maybe because it is still the season has not taken off☺
