Lovely hotel. Plenty of staff. Lovely pool but cold. You need a car. Its in the middle of nowhere

Excellent structure, located a little outside Acireale. Comfortable rooms with beds equipped with new mattresses. Beauty kit in the bathroom. Beautiful swimming pool and very well-kept garden. The cuisine is excellent with a varied breakfast with sweet and savory things. I'll be back.

This was part of a package holiday, so it is probably not appropriate to comment on the quality of the food. However, the rooms were very clean, although the pillows and matrasses were quite hard. The biggest complaint was the very poor WiFi. In the reception/restaurant it was adequate but in the bedrooms, it was terrible. When complaining to the duty manager, we were given a disingenuous answer.

As unfortunately happens in my beloved southern Italy, the place is fantastic but....it wouldn't take much. Rooms furnished in the 70s, poor bathroom amenities, breakfast and dinner without fresh local products (which would cost even less). Sin

The structure is clean and is in a strategic point to easily reach different cities to visit in the surrounding area! Reception and restaurant staff always polite and friendly and ready to satisfy every request with a smile! The pool is always clean and welcoming for guests to enjoy a bit of relaxation. Aged in our 40s, we brought the average age of hotel guest down considerably! The setting of the hotel is beautiful and the climb up the steps to the viewpoint is stunning. Nice location in the vineyard in the top of the hill. Great view to Lipari Islands. But terrible road to property and bad sound isolation between rooms. Our neighbor family with two child's laugh talking until midnight and then we heard baby crying until 2h. Excellent breakfast with real red orange "spremuta".

Beautiful converted monastery into a hotel in the hillsides with wonderful views. The facilities were wonderful with everything that you could hope for, staff at reception always very helpful and our room was lovely and spacious. Can definitely recommend a stay at this fabulous place.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area hidden in the hills between Cefalu and Castelbourno. Hiring a car is a must. We got the hotel late night and friendly staff welcomed us with a welcome drink. The room was very small and the bathroom had no storage or shelves for wash kits, so had to put everything on the floor. The staff was friendly, but a complaint over the lack of ventilation in the bathroom was not resolved. La Plage has magnificent views of the sea and the iconic Isola Bella. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Be aware that the beach is rocky and hard to walk on and it’s difficult to enter and exit the sea for a swim. It’s easy to get up to Taormina via the funivia (cable car) for a 10€ round trip.

The most amazing experience ever.  The view from our balcony - we stayed on the 4th floor and had the most magnificent view of the sea, the whole Taormina city.  Glorious during the day and spectacular during the night.  The breakfast was beyond expectations. It's definitely dated but very clean, very relaxing and just enough away from the crowds that it was super enjoyable. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, and had parking which is so rare in taormina. Pool was terrific, no competing for lounge chairs. Room was a great size and compared to other prices, was very good value.

Booked a double room with a balcony & got allocated a single room with no balcony. Emailed hotel 3 times to refund difference in price & they are ignoring me. Real shame as good hotel in great location but no customer service & don't feel ignoring emails is the response you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Very disappointing

Modern and clean bathroom. Comfortable mattress. Friendly bellhop, though the front desk was a bit limited. Good breakfast. The insulation feels a bit thin, and with wood floors we heard every dropped coin and corridor conversation. Quiet streets on both sides.

The hotel is magnificent, with a beautiful little garden and corridors. The staff speaks excellent English, making communication easy. They are warm, friendly, and very helpful. The 24-hour front desk is a rare find. The location is a 10-15 minute walk from major attractions, the train station, and the bus station.

Nice hotel. Outside of historic center but it is easy to travel to any part of the city using busses (a bus passes in front of the hotel every 10 min or so). Several dinning options within walkable distance.

Fantastic hotel on the Cyclops seafront in Acitrezza. The terrace restaurant where breakfast is served is excellent. For those who don't want to stay overnight, there are restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Nice hotel directly at the sea in quiet location with big rooms if you go for the bigger rooms. Breakfast buffet is very nice as well. We stayed at this hotel 7 days as a first part of our honeymoon. When we entered the room, we were greeted with a bottle of prosecco as a gift from the owner which was lovely! The Seawater hotel is a very nice and comfortable place to stay at. The spa is nice and we enjoyed the food. There is a special area to dry kite-gear overnight. Staff is very friendly, we would come back.

I have been stayed for 4 nights Boom applouse for very good cleaning Service Room Hotel, Breakfast is excelent but seems always the same main menu, Lucky location between 2 Restaurants All You Can Eat 😀 Wish I could be back sooner ❤️❤️❤️ Inakho ❤️❤️❤️

We had an impromptu stay here for a couple of nights. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was lovely with a view of the sea and breakfast was delicious.

Staff are very friendly, food is good. Breakfast had plenty options. The highlight was the rooftop bar especially at night. The downside was no bottled water in rooms, we had to pay for any water.

Nice place near both airport and harbour. Great view from the terrace whilst having breakfast. Pools are very nice. Rooms with a nice sea view and very clean

Really nice place to stay ! Rooms are decent in size and very bright with big windows and a balcony to enjoy nice views. Staff is friendly and feels more like a funny and warm family. Special bonus for pools, tennis courts and gym available for guests;)
