An absolute perfect getaway gem hidden on the mountain side. Excellent food and lovely staff that goes that extra mile to make your stay exceptional.

This place has a lot of potential. In the middle of a beautiful area with birds everywhere. I would have given it 4 stars if the pool had been clean and breakfast was refilled daily. These are relatively easy changes to make and very important to quality of stay, so I wonder why this has not happened.

The hotel is minimum 20mins drive from Noto town. Very quiet place, there are no events, like dance night, or bbq , not even a good atmosphere in the terrace when you have your dinner. Left too early to have breakfast

This resort is in a small town, and when we went, it appears the travel season for this town was over. It was VERY quiet and you kind of felt awkward as there were so few people around, which is to bad as the facility was really nice. A few things were a bit dissappointing, such as the size of the pool and that the beach was a bit of a walk once you got on the pier. The hotel only had breakfast buffet...

Superior sicilian hospitality. Wonderful breakfast with vast variety of types of food and pastries combined with magnificent, panoramic views from the breakfast terrace. Quite nice hotel for its price. Well equipped rooms. Nice breakfast. The staff is nice, helpful and friendly. The cafée bar with courtyard next to the reception is also worth visiting for nice coffee and cakes.

Hotel position excellent on the main road of Modica, walking distance from city center. Amenities a bit old, specially shower very small and shower head a bit crazy. All in all anyway a good quality-price ratio.

Vacation in Palermo Absolute stunning views! Loved the location even though it was 20 minutes from town. The quiet area versus busy city traffic noise was better for sleeping.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is very good in the city centre which is convenient to any place. The airport bus pick up point is about 5 mins walk. The staffs in the reception are very friendly and helpful. Lots of deserts in breakfast and the waiters are lovely too. Fantastic location and charming staff. The best beds of the trip. Elegantly appointed and well maintained. It is a converted palazzo so the layout was a bit strange. Each of our rooms included two king beds in two generously sized rooms…one medium firm and one firm. But only one chair. There were benches too so plenty of room. The large bathrooms included only a tub with a wand and no shower. Fun watching...

Thanks to the travel off-season, I was able to stay at this wonderful hotel. The environment is peaceful, the gardens are stunning, the restaurant is excellent, and the views are breathtaking. If you’re coming to Sicily for your honeymoon, this place is definitely worth staying for a night or two.

Wonderful family run hotel on the outskirts of Avola. Sebastiano and his family took great care of us. Rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the sea and it’s surrounding restaurants, as well as the train station for exploring further afield. Wow is the word, If I could give 6 stars I would have done it. The place is magic, sunny, relax and nice people. It is in a strategic area where you can move easily and have a lot of things to do nearby. I loved the Italian food made house and the room was so clean and comfortable.
