Stay in family room. Spotless super clean newly renovated hptel. Spacious room conforrable bed. Staff from receptionist to bar staff are incredible. Very kind and helpful. Great hotel great people! For those who drive, carpark is vallet park and costs €30 per day as hotel is inside FTL zone.

The surrounding is clean and tidy, not far from the tram station. It's a 5-minute walk, very convenient. Breakfast was not bad. The style of the room is fresh and elegant, but it seems that it was renovated not too long ago and has a bit of a smell. There is a small refrigerator in the room and bottled water is provided.

1. Location: Very close to the train station, only 10 minutes walk to attractions such as Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi

It's similar to a fast hotel, clean and simple, and for the same price, it's average in Europe. The front desk service is good, but the surrounding environment is not very good, it's a bit messy, and there's nothing to eat nearby at night.

It deserves a perfect rating. A wonderful stop on the trip.
The location is no more than 20 minutes' walk from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi.
The design/facilities/services and breakfast all deserve five points. The waiters at the front desk and in the restaurant were very patient and enthusiastic. There is a very cute kitten in the small garden attached to the restaurant.
The only thing to note is that you need to bring your own adapter plug.

Stayed here for 4 nights in June during the Firenze rocks festival. Excellent location, close to the main tourist attractions of Florence. Family run with friendly multilingual staff.

This hotel location to me quite better than other side of Train Station where is crowded, and must be more expensive.
Here price is reasonable, roads are more clean, 3 minutes far from Carrefour, a minute to river and Abou 3 minutes far from USA embassy.
Having lovely garden with tall and old trees (unfortunately the time we were there, they were suffering of lack of watering, which receptionist told us; due to water shortage, it's been prohibited by the community, and they are awaiting for rain in comming days).
Lovely old stylish, where lobby, dining room were decorated with nice paints on wall, antic items and old furniture nearby a chimney.
