Excellent location, breakfast options, staff and the bus stop was nearby for easy access. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

A very comfortable hotel. The rooms are very stylish and there is tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The room has air conditioning as well as large windows that can be opened. The breakfast was lovely especially the honeycomb. There were yogurts. Fruit pastries and eggs/ toast and beans(Florence style). A little out of the main city centre but on a bus route(10 mins) or a 20 min walk.

The most luxurious and spacious hotel in the whole of our Italy trip. There were buses around the hotel that takes you to the centre of Florence. Daily cleaning was provided too which we appreciated! Ideal place to stay in central Florence (very close to the Duomo) and no more than 10-15 minutes walk from all the places you will want to see. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, rooms clean and big enough for short stays. Useful to note that these are serviced apartments rather than it being a hotel so you will have explore the many restaurant and food options for meals.

We loved this hotel. The cathedral-like ceiling was breathtaking, and the size of the room more than adequate for a European hotel - our daughters loved the smaller beds and the layout and space was great. We chose this hotel because of the room type, the location, and access to a lift (elevator) for our luggage. Overall we're very happy with the stay and would consider staying again in the future

Good hotel - very convenient walking distance to the center. I got a room on the roof with a terrace and a view of the river. Of the minuses: the breakfast is very small, there is no elevator. Location is perfect for the airport, 20 minutes from the hotel room to the terminal door on the T2 tram. (The airport experience is different). The hotel is all on floor 1. We used the hotel as a one night stop over on our holiday to Tuscany. It was 25 Euro in a taxi from the rank after midnight. They were very accommodating, especially as our flight was delayed, should have landed at 23:10. It is clean and suitable for one night. Receptionist was very helpful and polite. The couple who owns it are not on site but visit every day and are very helpful. The room is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location is good, though not very close to the city center. We were warmly welcomed by a lady who treated us very kindly, but the hotel itself is unfortunately a bit old and outdated. The carpets and bedding are very old, but despite these issues, everything turned out well in the end.

This hotel is in a great location in Firenze. We stayed 2 nights, the staff was very welcoming, breakfast was good. The front desk woman, even spoke, english, french, italian, and I believe spanish.
