Hotel Paganini in Florence

Very good value for money. The hotel is very decent, rooms are clean, a little fridge is available. A small breakfast is offered, enough for a good start of the day. Staff is very friendly. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Just across the street is the tram stop, which takes you downtown / train station in a few minutes. There is also a big supermarket in front of the hotel in case you are missing something.

Location is perfect for the airport, 20 minutes from the hotel room to the terminal door on the T2 tram. (The airport experience is different). The hotel is all on floor 1. Breakfast is satisfactory, great coffees. The entry has a small sign above the gate, a push button to buzz in and walk to the elevator.

The staff were very welcoming and made check-in easy to our quick stay in Florence. Great customer service in providing us a drink from their cafe and information on how to reach the city center which is easily accessible by public transportation close to the hotel. The bathroom in the room was the highlight as it was very spacious, while due to having a room for three walking space was easier in the bathroom then the bedroom. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay a bit away from the city center area with easy public transportation access.

We used the hotel as a one night stop over on our holiday to Tuscany. It was 25 Euro in a taxi from the rank after midnight. They were very accommodating, especially as our flight was delayed, should have landed at 23:10.
It is clean and suitable for one night. Receptionist was very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay here again.

A cozy little hotel that has a few shortcomings but is otherwise ideal for visiting Florence. Much better than I expected it to be. The room was clean and the bathroom quite big. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great coffee at breakfast. You can park on the street or in the nearby garage which will cost you 8 € a day. The tram takes you directly to the old town. I am a very slight sleeper and I slept like a baby here.
And the shortcomings you ask? It is a bit complicated to get to the hotel from the side street as there are many one way streets. Neither Google maps nor my car's navigation got it right. I recommend approaching from Via S. Donato and turning left at the IP gas station. The view from our window was terrible, but we didn't really care for it. What actually bothered me was there were not enough hangers for towels in the bathroom. That's it. We would come again.
