Strategic location, surrounded by so many restaurants and cafes.
Our room was spacious and clean.
Staffs were awesome, supportive and helpful.
Highlight for staff name Marama, she'was nice, really helpful and supportive, 5 stars for her.
This hotel is very disappointing and has poor customer service. I asked for an iron to iron my clothes for the day and was told I could not have it until after 10:30am. Why? No idea. I explained I just needed it really quick, all the receptionist needed to do was hand it to me. He refused. I explained I was leaving for the day before 10:30am and he still said no. What kind of customer service is that? Do they only have one iron for the whole hotel? Check in was disappointing too we had an issue with the room keys not working and literally had to go to reception 3x. Not once did they get up to help, seemed super inconvenienced by us needing to get into our room. The breakfast was disappointing, nothing tastes good or fresh. The room itself didn’t even have Kleenex. Bathroom door knob came off, shower backs up and leaks all over the floor. The area this hotel is in is a bit rough and 15+ minute walk from Florence main attractions, only perk is it’s a 5 minute walk from the train station. Also they charge to hold your bags!!! Crazy. And check-out is 10:30am where other hotels are 12pm. Overall disappointing because it is a very cute hotel.
The room had a smell of cigarettes. The soap dispenser was broken. The shower was broken. I mentioned this at the reception and nothing happened.
No iron in the room. Not possible to borrow one in the room. An iron was available to use next to the breakfast room, but the times are unsuitable for someone who is there on business.
Not coming back here....
Only positive point was the location.
In the end, we did not even stay the night. We got our cases and left the hotel to stay elsewhere.
