I truly recommend for everyone to stay here! The hotel was even better than I was expecting. The single room was great, inside it had a sink, a big mirror, and a mini fridge, which was really handy. The gentleman at the reception was the nicest person ever. He helped me so much, gave me such great tips, I'm forever grateful to him. It's very special to meet such nice people. It's located in the city center, you can walk everywhere. And Florence is the most beautiful city I've ever ever been to. I hope I'll be back someday, and if I do, I'm definitely booking here!

The staff were very kind and friendly. Our room was ready even though we arrived early in the morning. The hotel is centrally located and they provide information about places to visit using a map. The room was clean and tidy.

The location is fantastic, and the room we had provided access to a common kitchen & living area which were excellent. The only downside was the bathroom - it should probably be fully gutted and renovated (inconsistent water temperature, bad water pressure, bad tub/shower function [water gets everywhere] cracked tiles, dated lighting). The hosts were lovely and again, the location is excellent - not bad value for the price.

The host was so kind and sweet, and gave us a map of the city that he marked himself with attractions to visit, pedestrian walkways, etc. He also gave us advice on the best time to visit certain locations, and seemed genuinely invested in our stay.

The room was well furnished and equipped with AC (which was a must in July). The bathroom is a bit small, but this hotel was truly amazing considering its central location in the city (we never had to take public transit other than to and from the airport) and lower price point.

We stayed for 2 nights in Florence and were generally very satisfied. The room has private bathroom. The hotel is in central of city, which made getting around the city easy. We walked everywhere. Our room was clean and tidied daily. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious enough, but toilet in the bathroom was cramped. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, which allowed us to enjoy the rest of the day without any hassle.

Great location of the hostel, great customer service. The receptionist was really helpful and nice, comfortable room and bed, we had ashared toilet, that was pretty good, breakfast was simple but just what we needed... so great.... would recommend.

Upgraded to private shower room. Location for traveling Florence is good. Basic room for overnight stay.

Basic rooms in a great location. If you are not after any frills and want to be close to the major sights this is fine. The parking was a bit difficult due to the one way system. The lack of air con in 40° July heat was a bit of a downer but the only staff member was very friendly and happy to help. I would stay again, but not in the summer.

This was a pretty good hotel. The hotel itself was relatively clean and was in a great location. Our room was nice and large and had it's own bathroom, however I noticed other rooms did not as people were coming outside to use the shared bathrooms. The room wasn't the fanciest I've been in but it was not dirty or unacceptable. There was no room for locking up bags outside of check-in hours but the staff was happy to keep bags behind the desk. Overall I was happy with my stay and you cannot beat a location 100m down from the stunning cathedral at the city centre.

I think.... The hotel, not the Inn....... Of course the first book is a well-know and well find out it is not my fault, but the facility is too bad. Of course the price is cheap, even if you can really at...... Especially without air-conditioning.
