Wonderful hotel. Clean and everything you need is there. Good breakfast. Wi-Fi is available. Parking is available for an additional fee. Very close to attractions and restaurants.

The constant presence of staff at the front desk was reassuring, and their guidance was excellent. The breakfast was good. It was a nice touch to have two complimentary bottles of water in the room. The availability of multiple rental umbrellas was very helpful. The room cleanliness was perfectly fine. My only minor disappointment was that the body soap pump was broken.

Wonderful Stay!
I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and professional, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The location couldn’t be better—everything is within easy walking distance. Just a quick note for drivers: the hotel is located on a one-way street, so plan your arrival accordingly. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d definitely come back!

The good thing about this hotel is its delicious breakfast. I stayed here for four days. When I first checked in, I asked a staff member if I could use the microwave, and they said yes. I felt reassured and ordered a lot of food at the restaurant. Besides enjoying the delicious Italian food, I thought I could take any leftovers home and reheat them at the hotel. However, the next day, a different staff member told me I couldn't use the microwave, which left me completely dumbfounded. I also found the bathroom drainage system and flooring to be very poorly done; there were no drain holes, and they didn't provide a shower curtain, only a small plastic sheet, so water would inevitably spill out, making it very slippery. The service at the front desk was either very good or very bad – the service was extremely inconsistent.

Quiet and well-located. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room a little disappointing for a 4* hotel (more like 3* Italian hotels we have stayed in), especially the bathroom and plumbing (low water pressure). We cannot give it a 5* for this reason. We have no plans to return to Florence, but we consider other hotels for this reason.

The room was a bit small, but the hotel's location is great, close to the city center and convenient. The service was good.

One of the most amazing places we have stayed at. The staff were accommodating, helpful and super friendly. The breakfast accommodated all of our allergies and habits. The staff would see us and run to make our hot beverages.
I accidentally left my wedding rings in a cup in our room and they sent us an email with a picture of them. Staff was amazing and put it in a bag and in the safe until I got there. Thank you very much for your assistance and I would 100% recommend this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for just two nights, but it left a great impression. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the staff were polite and genuinely caring. While the building itself is quite old, that’s typical for Florence—part of the city’s historic charm—so it’s best to set expectations accordingly.

Overall, it’s a quiet, pleasant place to stay, with excellent access to most of Florence’s main attractions and just a short walk from the train station.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Duomo and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. My room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of options to start the day. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience and would absolutely stay here again!
