Although the room and bathroom is both tiny but the hotel staff service were excellent and helpful and friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located within 5-6 minutes walk from Florence SMN train station and major tourist attractions like Santa Maria del Fiore and Academia Gallery. The property is well decorated in modern style and the room is very clean. Yet, the elevators are rather small. For travllers with a load of luagages, it may not be able to carry all of them in one ride. A plus is that the hotel provides unlimited refill of water.

The front desk was very nice and friendly, and they checked us in early. Opening the window, you can see the street around the corner from Florence. It really feels like Florence. I'd definitely stay here again. It's worth mentioning that you can get free drinking water upstairs. However, the elderly lady who works breakfast can be a bit stern.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were exceptionally warm and hospitable, even offering to introduce the attractions. The attractions had access locks, making them very safe.

It is in the best location, close to Santa Maria Novella Station and Duomo. It is good to come in and rest when you are tired from traveling.
It is a trendy and cleanly decorated hotel, and the facilities are well-maintained, so I liked it. I want to stay there again next time I come to Florence.

The hotel is in the city center near the train station. The location is very good. It is a 5-8 minute walk from the train station and a 3-5 minute walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The most important thing is that although the room is small, it is well furnished, the bathroom is clean, and the supplies are also high-end. The disadvantage is that the elevator is too small, but this is normal for old buildings. There is a true story between the hotel and Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa

My husband and I stayed at the Frame hotel. It was quiet and clean and oh so close to everything we wanted to see in the city. The staff was all very helpful, made us feel welcome and all easily conversed with us although we speak almost no Italian. Would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend you stay here.

Very polite and friendly staff. Hotel location is wonderful for seeing all the main sights in town. The room is very nice with a comfy bed, and a hot shower. For the price it’s a great location. You do have to refill your own water bottle, but that’s really not a big deal.

Every morning you will find yourself folded as if you were an outdated mobile phone because of the softest mattress in the world. Although your back hurts, this hotel helps you instead to get healthier and stronger while you are climbing up and down the stairs of the sixth floor which is supposed to be the third. If you are couples who are hesitant to leave each other, La Gioconda must be the best choice. Leave your partner pissed off and dragging her/his baggage along the stairs alone. Then you are history.
