Very close to the SMN Firenze
Breakfast was nice with a good variety of choices, but I wish the basic amenities and facilities had been better maintained overall.
Our flight got cancelled, and the hotel was very responsive and checked us in smoothly when we finally did arrive.
Room was clean and a decent size (very tall walls) and we had a balcony. Towels, hair dryer, body wash etc were all good. Space to hang clothes and leave our luggage case.
We asked for a quiet room in the hotel and weren't disturbed (except for the hotel phone that randomly kept ringing throughout the night, but we unplugged that).
Breakfast was okay. Bar area was nice.
Felt very safe and secure in the hotel and outside the hotel. Location was very close to the main tourist attractions and tram.
