Lovely the location is in the middle of the shops lots of nice cafes and restaurants all my trip i never used any transportation i got to everywhere walking , its 1 minute walk from gold shops and lots of leather shops

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is very centrally located (on a street with lots of shopping!) and is walking distance to all the big sights! Our room was perfect and the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome from the minute we arrived and making sure our room was clean every day. My fiance and I were both very impressed with our experience and felt pampered the entire time we were there. 10/10 recommend for any trip to Florence!!

Comfortable bed in a clean, quiet room, in a wonderful location! Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff is helpful in every way. Take the time to enjoy a sunset drink on the rooftop (all the way up!) for an incredible view. Lots to enjoy while wandering the neighborhood. Can't wait to return!

Towels very thin and rough, pillows were very flat, no tissues, no heat (room got very cold at night). No robes (you would expect in 4 star hotel). Bed was hard, just not a good experience and would not recommend. I will say the view from the rooftop was great but that and the location was only good things

It's quite nice, a very retro building, and the rooftop restaurant offers views of the Boboli Gardens. It's very close to the Old Bridge and Pitti Palace. The only downside is that there's no elevator.

Superbly located and professionally operated. Our stay could not have been better. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Boboli Gardens was the best way to start the day. We loved the location which was very convenient for everything we did in Florence. The staff was wonderful and kind. Everything just exceeded our expectations. It is nice to know that we have the perfect place to stay when we return.

Had a really great stay here last week in Florence! The location is so nice right by the bridge with all the shopping and eats. It was great to stay right outside of the city but it's so walkable it was perfect. Loved the rooftop bar and the rooms were spacious for Europe, clean, and the staff was friendly and great! Would go back 100% if I'm back in Florence.

The hotel overall looked good we really recommend the restaurant but the room we got had a REALLY REALLY strong sewage smell, it even woke me up in the middle of the night and had to open the window.
The toilet was non properly cleaned.
The minibar was inside the closet and nobody told us, which is not so terrible but would have been nice to know before the check out.
The location was amazing! The staff was nice too.
