Hotel degli Orafi in Florence

The location is superb, and the rooms are designed in traditional Tuscan architecture. The marble bathroom is lovely, though the only downside was that the bathtub stopper wasn't perfectly sealed, so the water would slowly drain while bathing. The room was clean enough, but the lighting wasn't very bright, and the ceiling was exceptionally high.

Excellent aperitif on the terrace in a very relaxing setting with a beautiful view. Excellent service.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy so far! It’s old and full of character, with spacious rooms, high ceilings, and a lovely view of the river. The breakfast ballroom is a masterpiece, I couldn’t take my eyes off it. I’m absolutely coming back!

This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The moment I opened the door, the room and the bathroom completely blew my mind. All the drinks in the mini fridge were complimentary, except for a bottle of wine on the coffee table. The bathroom was not only spotless but also beautifully designed with a white-and-blue theme.

The location is extraordinary — just 50 meters from Ponte Vecchio and only a 5-minute walk from Piazza della Signoria. The valet parking service is very convenient and reasonably priced per day. The staff is kind and professional, and the hotel is spotless and well maintained. Breakfast, included in the rate, is varied and served in a beautiful hall decorated with frescoes on the ceiling.
The cherry on the cake is the bar on the 5th floor, featuring an amazing terrace overlooking the rooftops of Florence.

Very cozy and great located hotel, never building to Uffizi Gallery. Breakfast is great. Personnel is very helpful, kind and high professional. Highly recommended.

What a place to stay in Firenze ❤️ Great reception, helpful and beautiful.
For our Honeymoon they did something extra, like Champagne on the house, and two sleeping T-shirts we could take home with us (still wearing it at home ☺️). The room was splendid, beautiful and so clean. It was romantic, and peaceful. Bathroom was so nice, just like the rest of the room. The only thing I could think of that was less nice, was that you could hear the water flowing from the room upstairs, like a rainpipe next to you. Service was super great, from reception to breakfast. They offer and bring you a coffee, there is a lot of choice to eat and drink and so fresh, with view at the Ponte Vecchio 🥰 Because the Ponte Vecchio is at one minute from the hotel ❤️ So overall it's perfect! The only thing that's a problem is parking nearby. But the hotel will help you with that ☺️ And they have a cool and nice rooftop Bar, with nice cocktails and food, but the view is so nice there.

We recently stayed at Orafi Hotel in Florence for three nights, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Check-in was quick and seamless, setting the tone for a wonderful stay.

Our room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom felt luxurious, with thoughtful amenities throughout. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and we especially appreciated the nightly chocolates left on our pillows—a lovely touch to return to.

One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, where we enjoyed cocktails almost every evening while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The breakfast buffet was another standout, offering everything from fresh pastries and fruit to perfectly made cappuccinos.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just steps from the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major sights. We felt completely safe exploring the area, even late at night.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Orafi Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service in the heart of Florence.

Hotel Degli Orafi is an absolute gem in Florence. The location is prime~ it is adjacent to the Uffizi Gallery and fronts the Arno River. The rooms are spacious, with an amazing line of Dr. Vranjes Firenze bath products, comfortable beds, and lovely views. Speaking of views, the panoramic rooftop bar and restaurant DISOPRA is worth a visit even if you're not a hotel guest! The food, drinks, and service were phenomenal. We visited on four separate occasions during our stay, and every time was better than the last. The photo is an afternoon Hugo, and the view is from the inside of the restaurant. The views from the breakfast room are equally as stunning, and the breakfast was lovely. Hotel Degli Orafi will definitely be a spot I visit again.
