This place was wonderful! The couple that owns this B&B were lovely individuals who were also amazing hosts. They serve fresh breakfast and coffee every morning. The rooms themselves are large with floor to ceiling paintings on them that are incredible. Marco speaks 4 languages that I heard (Italian, english, Spanish, and French) and was able to share details about the city and the house fluently. This was outside the center center of the city, which meant it was quieter than most hotels. The ONLY critique is there are not screens on the windows and we had a mosquito eating us for two days at night as well as me being a big and tall human the shower was slightly small but still big enough. I would absolutely stay here again :)

Dimora Bandinelli offers a lovely, comfortable, clean, quiet space within reasonable distance of all major Florence attractions. We were unable to enjoy the breakfast due to having early tours every day, and there did seem to be some judgment from the owners around this, but nothing that majorly took away from our stay. Note that tax must be paid in cash and recommend having exact change.

We've just had a lovely stay here. Marco and Cristina are perfect hosts. We had the large character room at the front and the walls and ceiling paintings were lovely. The breakfast room is spectacular. A decent breakfast was always on offer and Marco's introduction to the city is worth listening to. Two minute walk to the T1 tramline stop which we used a lot. A quite out of centre location that is a nice stroll along the river from the town centre.

I loved staying here. Marco is an incredible host.

When we arrived he sat with us and brought the city of Florence to life. He explained all the best places to go, recommended a phenomenal gelato restaurant, made sure we knew the days the museums would be closed (which I appreciated, I seem to always schedule such activities on the days the are not open).

Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the other travelers who this B&B attracts truly made the mornings delightful.

Also, I enjoy walking, so everything was within 20-35 minutes walking, there is a train stop that goes to the Santa Maria Novella Station right at the end of the road.

The B&B is located on the side of Firenze that the locals live! They came and touched up our room each day so, the cleanliness is superb.

We loved staying here. Cristina is a great host, all her recommendations were top! She took time to give us the locals’ suggestions and I am happy we got to experience more than just the touristic Firenze. The place was very clean (in the real sense of the word from the dictionary, not just okay clean). The location was ok for us as it is just next to the touristy center, a 30 minute walk from the dome. The entire building is historical, the design keeps the character alive.

We would certainly recommend this property to our closest for an authentic experience in Firenze.
