Everything was very nice, clean and they were incredibly attentive. They contacted me the day before and guided me to the hotel, taking great care of us. The room was clean and warm, we will come again because it was a short stay. We especially thank you very very much.

Gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious! Only thing I didn't like is the noise going around until like 12 am. Also in the morning there was doors slamming, people talking loud etc. other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The room was spotless, with daily housekeeping. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the staff were very attentive. The power outlets weren't compatible with my laptop, but the front desk promptly provided an adapter. The location is convenient, within easy walking distance of the city center, and there are bus stops nearby. Breakfast was enjoyable. The only minor point was the absence of a soap shelf in the shower.

The boss is very nice and the location is very good, very close to the main attractions. The 24-hour front desk is worth praising and the breakfast is also good.

The drain in the bathroom is a bit clogged. The sound insulation is average. The hygiene is OK.

The hotel I booked turned out to be a complete disappointment. Firstly, I was shocked to find that the room I received didn't match what was presented on the booking website. Instead of a spacious and bright room with a view, I was met with a room with 4 beds with a boarded-up window overlooking the back yard and the wall of the neighboring building.

But that's not all. The breakfast included in the stay turned out to be subpar. Just coffee and a croissant, and the inability to order anything extra for an additional fee made the morning meal unpleasant and unsatisfactory.

And finally, the biggest downside - the requirement to present the original document of my guest on my birthday. She didn't have the original, but showed a copy and other forms of identification, yet she wasn't allowed in without the original.

Overall, my entire experience at this hotel was negative. I felt deceived and unsatisfied with the service provided. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope that reading this review will deter you from staying at this dormitory.

The rooms were not clean. Hairs on mattress. Mosquitoes in the room. No supplies in the bathrooms. Too expensive.

Nice option for a one night stand. Decent room, older equipment but clean. Delicious breakfast.
You need to wait couple of minutes if you want to shower with hot water.
Overall a pleasant experience.
