Excellent service. Spacious and well-designed rooms. Huge bed. Everything is very clean. Just steps from the center. Usually, when I write a review, I'm never completely positive. I'm always looking for flaws. In this case, I have to say that the hotel deserves this positive review.

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a wonderful welcome. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was beautiful and clean, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The excellent, local breakfast was a real plus. A magnificent hotel with equally excellent staff, I highly recommend it for a stay in Florence. The location is also very convenient, about 150-200 meters from St. Mark's Square. The only thing I can say for a smoker like me is that you can't smoke in the room, and the only way is to go downstairs every time. It's still a great choice.

The hotel service was excellent. After storing our luggage in the morning, we couldn't check in because there were no rooms available. Hotel staff proactively brought our luggage to our room – such thoughtful service!

The room design was innovative, and the high ceilings made it feel spacious and uncluttered.

We booked a family room for four, with one double bed and two single beds – perfect for a family trip.

The breakfast was very plentiful, with a wide variety of choices, and all were delicious.

Good 4 star hotel, located near the historic center of Florence in the San Marco area, well connected to the station and airport; small but comfortable rooms, very courteous reception staff, varied and abundant breakfast. Excellent value for money

It feels good, overall it is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite rich. But the hotel elevator is very small, it feels very old, the hotel location is not very good, there are no restaurants around, and it is far from the bus station

The room is four meters high. The corridor is relatively small and the layout is warm. The breakfast is very rich. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Flowers. It is very quiet and the surrounding area is relatively quiet.
