Good vibes, good location v near to station n bus stops, near to attractions, v good kitchen with many free food, neat n clean Beds are narrow in width, no curtains for privacy

A great location, close to the station and easy to access the city by foot. Comfortable bed and warm shower. Large enough room which felt secure with a good door locking system. Mix of a hostel and hotel. Can be a little confusing to find the location- because there are multiple names of hotels in 1 location, checking and understanding the different "hotels" on each level.

Great place, good location and facilities, and AMAZING staff (shoutout to Andriy — he got me the best room!). They have lots of planned social activities (karaoke night was awesome!). Overall would highly recommend!

Great location short walk from train station. Clean, warm and friendly! Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Honestly the amenities, location, and vibe of the hostel were so good (good showers, beds were ok, rooms had enough room, kitchen, and lots of events like free pasta nights or cheap pizza making) but the ladies that work there & volunteer here made this hostel amazing! Juliana and Antonia at the front desk are literally the best most helpful and sweet people. All the volunteers are awesome too, they made us free pasta for pasta nights! Only downsides of the hostel are that the pipes / the water had a smell in the bathroom, and beds could’ve been a bit more comfy but for a HOSTEL that is affordable and a good vibe - it was so perfect. 10 min walk from duomo too literally so good

Spent 3 of the best days of my life here. Fantastic Location: 3~5 mins walking from train station, 10~20 mins walking from city hot spots. Fantastic people: attention and courtesy with clients, nice events, lot of fun! Security in the rooms: with individual lockers Downside: shared bathrooms

The place is in the center and close to almost everything you need to see in Florence. The staff is nice and and very friendly. They offer free coffe and drinking water. The downside maybe the banyo may require some restoration. Overall it was cool place.

We loved the team and the atmosphere of Ostello Bello! It is an ideal location to tour the city via walking and the front desk team were so friendly and helpful in their recommendations! They have complimentary coffee & breakfast which is always a win! We had a private room & bathroom which were simple and very clean. The room itself is small, but has everything you really need as you’ll be spending the majority of your time touring this beautiful city!
