Very, very cosy, the ceiling is incredibly high which makes the room feel very spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable, pillows and duvet as well. Very quiet place, excellent friendly staff, easy access, couldn't have asked for more!

I had a wonderful stay and the staff were very friendly. The hotel room was really comfortable and very clean. The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from all the sites but relatively quiet as well.

Close to the tram and 10-15 minutes to the old city. There are lots of breakfast places in the neighborhood. Clean room. There are lifts and air conditioning. Bed is hard and narrow (less then 160 cm). Bathroom is ok. Our room was not ready in time, we have to wait a little (30 minutes) after the check-in.

Good location within walking distance from the centre, nice coffee shop across the road, nice room, easy check in and accommodating staff

Near the Santa Maria Novella station, bus station and public park. It was walkable to the piazza (for us). but far enough from the crowds. Very quiet area and hotel. Good for couples and who wants peace and quiet from crowds. Probably not good for big rowdy groups. Dont judge the outside of the building (looks old) for the inside. Newly renovated and everything seemed brand new.
You need a code to get into the building and your room- they dont use keycards
Room and bed are big- bigger that most We have seen in Europe. Enough spaces for luggages. Room had a balcony. Equipped with a kettle and fridge.
Bathroom has a bidet, heater rack and dual shower heads - over the head and removable. If you are on the bigger and larger side, you might find the shower a bit tight and small.
Overall good and has all we need for a place to rest, shower and go back out again on a tour or walking
