Very kind and helpful English-speaking staff. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, so we didn't have to drag it with ourselves before the coach. The room was comfortable and had enough space for two people. Clean and cosy, it is worth the money you pay. Sometimes, it might be some noise from the street, but you generally come to Florence not to stay in your hotel room for all the time)))
I recommend this place and I will come there again to explore what I haven't seen this time!

We had an appointment midnight, but when we arrived we couldn't reach the staff. We called before and knocked on the door but there was nobody. After waiting half an hour for a closed door we had to spent the night elsewhere (!). This was very stressed at the last moment. They called us later with excuse and we made a new appointment for the next morning with a correction for one night.

It's a small hotel. Because of the high level of humidity there was an unpleasant smell in the room and the bathroom. But it was clean. Friendly staff in morning and minimal but fine breakfast. Private parking is available.

A decent place to stay in Florence! Not so far from the city center. The bus to the center is almost 500 meters from the hotel and when you return the bus leaves you right on the street of the hotel.
A little cold sometimes was in the room.
All the people were nice and friendly. They waited us late that day till we arrived.
Go for it! I recommend it!

Very modest hotel quite far from the center. You needed a bus or tram unless you were willing to walk about half hour. Room was tidy but small. Breakfast was pretty nice but everything was warm because there was no AC in the breakfast room. Staff was friendly.

We were a set of three people and stayed for two nights. Everything was clean and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast had enough diversity and was good too. The bedroom is a bit on the smaller side but it's perfectly fine if you're only there to sleep 👌🏻

Stay was good, friendly staff. Breakfast nothing special. Location not great but not far from city center. Overall good but not exactly worth the price

+ Rooms are ok, good Wi-Fi and air conditioning, breakfast is included, the price is really adequate
- limited amount of shampoo so you cannot take shower twice a day even if it's +40 outside. Looks like that rooms are cleaned only if it's asked (out was not when we came back and we had to ask shampoo on reception), the room next to the reception has bad noise isolation
