the hotel is rather old, you will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs before even reaching the hotel lobby. the check in process is slow as the counter guy will be busy talking away with his colleague and taking his time while doing your check in (it was the same for every guests)

the shower head is very heavy and falls off easily and the towels were dirty. one good thing is that hotel slippers were provided but no new ones when they clean the room. also do note that they do not provide a “do not disturb” sign and will clean your room everyday, they will bang on your door to check if you are still in the room.

i was assigned on the first floor and they start cleaning very early in the morning which is very noisy and disruptive, the cleaners will just be talking away.

the room has very thin walls and i can literally hear water gushing whenever the person in the room beside flushes. it is also noisy due to the vehicles since it is near the main road.

This is the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. I didn't get any sleep all night and woke up with a terrible headache. There's a railway right outside the door. It's incredibly noisy, and it's that low, vibrating kind of sound that's hard to describe. The breakfast was delicious, but I'll never stay here again. If you're looking for an all-nighter, book this hotel – guaranteed you'll be wide awake until dawn.

The hotel is very close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also conveniently located within a 10 to 15-minute walk of attractions like the Duomo and the Accademia Gallery. The next morning, it was less than a 2km walk to the Uffizi Gallery, where we managed to get early bird tickets for 8:15 AM.

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money and comes highly recommended.

Hotel is very close to Florence S. M. Novella Station. Our room, which is a triple room, is spacious and has a balcony. Staff are polite and professional. Good breakfast.

The room was sufficient for a 2 night stay, the staff were lovely and very helpful, but the room was worse than expected. Very very noisy from the trams and trains outside and the shower head wouldn’t stay on the stand. I would recommend for a quick stop over stay but would avoid if you’re planning to stay for more than a couple of nights.
The location is great though, just opposite the station it was so easy to get on and off trains, easy walk to the centre and cathedral, with plenty of nearby restaurants!

This hotel is in close proximity to the train station. The front desk is very helpful. The room I got was large. Its not a luxurious room, more like a hostel grade room, but you get everything there including a kitchen.

i mean it quite goood about the venue, just nearby the train station and fierenze atcaully is a walkable to all famous spot, but for sure the breakfast is nahhhhhh.

Breakfast selections were very limited and the exact same items on all 3 days we had breakfast. Cut fruits were not fresh but from the can, and toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. Especially struggled in the bathroom as there's no space to place your own toiletries in the shower area (if you're one who uses your own shampoo/conditioner). The hot milk at breakfast was nice though.
