Excellent restaurant, in a hut for what I would say since we are at 750m a.s.l. and it is a crossroads from which various paths for hiking, hunting or collecting spontaneous edibles unfold, in fact the menu it offers is strictly seasonal and with game products, homemade pasta, mushrooms and cheeses, just to name a few. The dishes as well as being delicious and satisfying, are also beautiful to look at and make you hungry just by reading the menu. The prices are slightly above average, but I honestly didn't mind paying for what we tasted it deserved every penny. Very kind staff and owner who works hard to make everyone feel good, and he succeeds perfectly, congratulations. Surely my mind and my palate will hardly forget Le Tre Fonti. If you're passing through meal times, stop by, it's a guaranteed experience
