The room was perfectly located in the center, very quiet, offering a very relaxing stay. It was spotless and well taken care of, which made me feel comfortable right away. The host was extremely welcoming and kind, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mirko, hope to see you soon in Greece!

This was the perfect place to stay in Lucca. Very clean and quiet, perfect location, and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great place, especially for the price!

I had a great stay for three nights here and I was really pleased with the location and above all — the host’s incredible friendliness and hospitality. He gave me great recommendations for food, drink, leisure and took the time to mark everything on a map for me. He also let me extend my stay for the same price I had booked the two original nights, and let me use his umbrella in the heavy rain. The room itself had its charms—you must enjoy an old fashioned decor, but if you are in Lucca, you must appreciate history.

It was so quaint. I had a room with a large window over looking a private garden. So it felt safe, quiet, private and beautiful. The staff were so helpful. And the location was great — right in the middle of the city walls.

Great location within the wall, 10min from train station, 8min from all the other sights. Host is very helpful. Biggest shower we've had on our whole trip! There's no mini fridge to keep your drinks cold as they don't want you to eat in the room. Would stay there again!

Best option for a night (or two or three or more) in Lucca. Right in the center, but tucked away in a quiet street and wrapped around an inner courtyard so you can wake up to birds rather than cars and after parties. Host is super communicative, the clever self-check in system is easy-peasy, the rooms are washed and decorated with care, and you can tell that the owner has travelled and knows what guests need. Fantastic value, comfortable beds, cozy decor, feels like home :) Grazie mille, Mirko!

Stayed here during an off road cycle tour of Tuscany. The owner Mika is so kind and helpful. Location is great - so easy to get to everywhere & it is quiet. Our room was a bit of a disappointment because it was advertised as a ‘garden room’ when in reality it was dark; its only window was high up giving a view of someone’s washing line in a small courtyard. That may be the booking app’s fault though.

The B&B has the perfect location in the heart of Lucca. You can walk everywhere, for example the tower and the main train station and delicious Trattorias. Mirco is a super friendly and attentive host who will help you with everything. The obly downside is the think walls, depending in your neighbours arguing. You shouldnt be sensitive towars that. Besides that, highly recommended.... ;)

Very nice place to stay in Lucca! The hotel is in the middle of the city center but in a quiet street so there's no noise at night. If you park at the free parking spot it's only a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Absolutely perfect! The room was very clean and cool. Also we were happily surprised with the decoration of the room and the garden view. Very classy. The owner is very friendly and helpful! Gave us many great tips on where to go for dinner and places to visit! Also we could send him messages on whatsapp if we had any questions and he responded very quickly. I highly recommend this hotel and will book here again.

Nice place to stay inside Lucca. The rooms in the ground floor are small but clean, and with good bathroom. No refrigerator in the rooms but one in the main reception.
Maybe it needs air condition in the hot summer days. Also a lot of moisture smell.
