A truly magical stay. From the moment you step into this hotel, it feels like entering another world — a timeless medieval atmosphere filled with incredible details, beautiful decorations, and unique charm everywhere you look. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and full of character. The breakfast was complete, generous, and absolutely delicious, and the morning coffees were worthy of a professional barista. An unforgettable experience that made our trip even more special. Highly recommended!

This place really is something different. It's got a really cool design and the suite is massive. It's very calm and probably 15-20 minute walk from the centre of Lucca but you get a peace and quiet that you probably won't get inside the walls. The breakfast is nice and the two staff members I dealt with were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

We had a very unpleasant experience, the house is of poor quality, every step, word and movement can be heard from other rooms, when somebody flush the toilet the noise from the pipes fills the whole house and it is very difficult to sleep, it is far from a peaceful and comfortable holiday. The breakfast is quite modest. The company manager does not communicate with customers or offer solutions, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Corte dei folletti is just as enchanting as its name suggests: hidden into an unsuspecting building and magic on the inside.
The high wooden ceilings are paired with beautiful furniture pieces mostly made of wrought iron and solid wood and the bricks walls are filled with paintings of some of the cutest inhabitants of the fairy worlds hand made by artists.
The luminous patio, accessible through the entrance hall, is enclosed amongst the privacy of high walls and features a lovely garden with a fountain.
The size of the place makes it just as calm and intimate as a rental apartment but with the extra feature of being cared for by the kind and lively personnel that makes the magic of the hosting arts come true.
Corte dei Folletti had me sweet dreams assured.

Your hotel was wonderful,we loved all the paintings on the walls and the wrought iron four poster bed with historical helmets on the side for lights . The bathroom was lovely. But most of all the staff were fantastic and so helpful. When we come back will definitely request to stay in the room that overlooks the garden with a roll top bath. The walk into Lucca center took us about 15 minutes stroll and was safe to walk day and night. Lucca was a lovely city to explore. Thank you so much . Cheers Marysia and Terry

The rooms are really nice and cozy. Lovely Breakfast and the girls are welcoming and helpful.

Very nice place to stay couple of nights. A direct route to walk to the gate Elisa of oli town Lucca. I strongly recommend. The staff is also very friendly, helpfull and nice.

Amazing interior design. Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast although in summertime we needed to wait a bit for an empty table. Beautiful view from the window.
