Everyone was very nice. The rooms were modern and the building wonderfully historic. The common rooms were honey and comfortable. The bkfst patio has spectacular views and the service impeccable. Conviently located in the small town square across from the bus stop a several restaurants.Highly recommend a stay here and I will return!!!

All the staff were very kind and helpful in arranging rides and dinner reservations for us. The property is beautiful and the local cats were a much welcomed surprise. We will definitely miss Pepito!

The hotel is located in a small town. I booked three nights, but couldn't stand it after one night and had to change hotels. The photos were only half the actual room size. The room was quite cramped; I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs myself. The room had absolutely no soundproofing; I could hear people talking and walking by upstairs and downstairs. I complained about the poor soundproofing and couldn't rest at all. When I asked for a refund, they refused, claiming they had already done soundproofing work. They only cared about their own commercial interests and didn't consider the guest experience.

The only redeeming quality was the decent breakfast. However, for that price, you can find many other options in that area.

Stay here. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, and cool. The grounds are absolutely breath-taking - take a book or three and sit on the patio overlooking the Tuscan countryside or the pool area surrounded in lavender and rosemary. Fill your glass with local wine from the wine machine. This is a beautiful charming place to unwind after tasting. But... request a room overlooking the grounds (back) and not the town square - it is noisy every single night of the week until well after midnight. The shutters on the windows certainly help, but we still needed earplugs.

It’s a lovely small hotel with a wonderful view. I would definitely come back again if visiting Chianti next time.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the vineyard it sits on. The grounds are welcoming with lots of seats to grab a wine and admire the view. Our room was generous and had a large balcony. Sadly it was a bit cold to enjoy that or the pool, but I imagine later in the year it’s incredible. Nice little shop selling their wines, olive oil and other products. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
