The accommodation is very close to the main station and then centre of Pisa so well situated. We had a little trouble with the check-in but we were a bit early. THe room was spacious, the bathroom was good and the wifi was good. They do offer a breakfast - which costs extra but it is very substantial. The staff were not very friendly.

The room was clean and tidy, which we appreciated. However, there was a shared washroom outside our room that others also used frequently, so there was a lot of noise and activity that sometimes made it hard to rest. Then since 4 am, a persistent beeping noise coming from their office disrupted our sleep, making it difficult to get a peaceful night’s rest. There was no issue with the room, but it can be noisy for some people.

Everything was fine. Thank you to the hotel. The rooms were a little cold.

It's winter now, and usually the heater is only on in the evenings, making it chilly in the early mornings. But here, it was on in the evenings, and then turned back on around dawn, making it incredibly warm. When I arrived at the accommodation, I asked for hot water and asked for a coffee pot, which they quickly brought, so I had plenty of warm water. The bathroom was also very clean, which was nice. The location was perfect: close to Pisa Centrale Station, and the bus to the Leaning Tower of Pisa was right across the street, making it convenient to get there and back.

Good location, perfect just behind the train station. From our room 1 we could see the Pisa tower. The room was clean, also the bathroom. Would stay again.

The property was super clean and quite the only thing that you need to know is that the washroom is shared and they do not provide water or any other service you have to pay extra for these

Very old property, very cold even when heater is at max with no insulation.

Breakfast was average and service was good. Security is great. All floors require an APP downloaded on your mobile phone to open the door! Unlock 🔓. It is difficult to find the door downstairs, it is not obvious.
